My recent experience at The Residence at Paine Estate has been pleasant. From the staff and community brings a breath of fresh air. The upgrades and Maintance they have done with the recent renovations show craftsmanship and updated to modern standards. The rooms range from a variety of sizes to serve all residences needs! Highly recommend if you are looking for a new home and community to join.

I am a jazz musician (Alto & Soprano Saxes & Clarinet) and feel so privileged to be a regular musician at this timeless and beautiful home where I have been playing for the last 8 + years: I feel truly honored and count it a privilege every time I am invited back by Iva and Rachel to play for the dear folks who reside there: it’s such a joy and a great reward seeing these precious souls singing along and clapping hands to their favorite songs from the Great American Song Book, the Standards made famous by Artie Shaw, Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, the Gershwins, Cole Porter and so many more: their eyes light up, their hearts are lifted and I truly appreciate the staff at Paine Estates for caring so deeply for the residents that they go out of their way to ensure even the little things that matter, are maximized to bring them happiness, security and a sense of well-being: it never ceases to amaze me just how much everyone at The Residence at Paine Estates, greets you with a warm and friendly smile: all are polite, courteous, friendly, professional and nothing is too much trouble: the newly designed decor and innovate styles used in the home has added to the existing warmth and ambience created in every room and it speaks of elegance, class and is most exquisite: there is a level of excellence rarely found these days and yet it can be seen and felt throughout the Residence at Paine Estates thanks to the compassionately motivated and caring staff: there is a ‘feel good’ factor, a ‘good feeling’ when one walks through those doors and it’s there because everyone genuinely cares. Thank you, to all at The Residence at Paine Estates for bringing much love and joy to all.

I’ve been performing at Residence Paine Estate for over 3 years. This is a very unique home and recently beautified with renovations. It feels like a large mansion with a lovely lobby leading to a brightly lit dining area and outdoor patio. The music room is intimate and the sound is enhanced due to an antique Mason & Hamlin--one of my favorite pianos out of over 150 I play at various homes throughout Massachusetts. Residents and staff are welcoming and kind. It's clear they enjoy living and working here as do I!

I have been working with Alicia Wagner, Director of Sales and Marketing, for over a month while considering the right memory care facility for my husband. The Residence at Paine Estate is now my first choice, largely because Alicia has been professional, understanding, and kind, knowing this decision is not an easy one. She introduced me to the director of the memory care unit who gave me a tour and showed a strong commitment to the wellbeing of the residents in her care. On my way out, Alicia introduced me to an arriving visitor whose mother has been in the memory care unit for 1 1/2 years. Alicia left us so the visitor and I could chat. She is very positive about the quality of the care her mother receives thanks to the dedication of the memory care staff.
