The first day my mom spent the night she fell and went to the emergency room and was in rehab for 3 weeks. She was doing great walking so we moved her back in the Residence. Within a few hours she fell again. Nobody was ready for her return, they had no idea what plan she was on and how much assistance she would need and I ran around trying to find someone to help her before I left. She’s back in the emergency room and has only spent two nights there over 2 months and got two serious head injuries while I pay for 3 months there. Keep loved ones far away from this place. They don’t care. You pay a lot of money while they hope your mom figures it out on her own. Foolishly I expected them to be on high alert when she returned back from the last fall but I was left alone with her. Paid them to neglect her. She’s a kind easy person to love and doesn’t deserve this in her final year.

The clean and modern facility impressed us on our first tour. And the friendly and attentive staff made it even better. The whole team, especially Susan, made our loved one feel so welcomed, and clearly helped make a hard transition easier for all of us. Even the other residents have been so welcoming, and have gone out of their way to include our family in conversation, activities, etc. It's great to see them socializing and enjoying activities of interest that were too hard to make happen living alone. They seem to be thriving!

Such a warm and welcoming environment. I was blown away by the beautiful amenities, outdoor walking path, and delicious food. The staff seem to truly care and they’re also so joyful!

I had the pleasure of touring The Residence at South Natick while exploring assisted living options for my mother, and I was incredibly impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the entire team. From the moment I arrived, the experience was welcoming and thoughtful. (Special shout-out to Melissa who greeted me with a friendliness and warmth.) While my family ultimately made the decision to move my mother to New Jersey, I can confidently say that if we had chosen Massachusetts, The Residence at South Natick would have been our top choice. It’s a beautiful facility with a warm, inviting atmosphere and a wonderful range of amenities. The staff clearly care deeply about the residents and their families I would not hesitate to recommend it to others seeking a high-quality, compassionate senior living community.
