I recently visited The Residence at Natick South to inquire for a loved one, and was quite impressed with everything that I saw! The community is immaculate, beautiful, light and bright. The apartments are luxurious and comfortable. We had lunch and the chef was incredible. I ordered the Caesar salad and shrimp scampi and it was amazing. Honestly it was hard to choose from the daily specials or the varied “always available menu”. Everyone that I met was engaging and happy to be there whether for work or as a resident. I would highly recommend a visit if you are considering senior living as an option.

My wife and I have been looking for a community for my in-laws and came across The Residence at Natick South based on multiple recommendations from trusted friends. We were incredibly impressed with the feel and vibe of the community here - from the beautiful architecture and grounds to the inviting nature of the staff and residents. So much was happening when we toured - a barre group exercise class, painting sessions, and residents playing games throughout the community. While we ended up deciding on a place closer to the other two children, this would have been our ideal location for my in-laws. So many different thoughtful spaces. The team members were very friendly and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking at options for senior communities. The residents we met along the way were happy and delightful, and the apartments were really stunning.

My mom has been at The Residence at Natick South since June 2024. The facility is clean and modern, and the common areas are functional and attractive. The grounds are well-tended, and great for sitting or walking when the weather permits. The apartments are very well equipped, with kitchen, laundry and independent heating/cooling controls. The care team is great, and they work hard to support residents with very diverse needs. There are plenty of daily activities, including a selection of off-premises trips to shopping, museums, etc. The dining service has daily specials and an "any time" menu that has breakfast, lunch and dinner options that residents can order from. The management team is easy to reach, and has been responsive as issues arise that need to be addressed. My mom regularly tells me that she's happy that she lives there, with the care team she needs and friends she enjoys.

Our mother moved in recently (3+ months ago) and we have been extremely happy with the community/staff (sales, management, dining, care team, and maintenance). The community is well run and we would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for additional help/care for a loved one. We are glad to know she is enjoying the programming and staying engaged with all the activities. Worth adding this to the short list of communities to visit - it will be worth your time.
