This is a wonderful place for my brother to live and thrive. The food is great and they are happy to have family come join him for meals which is really nice since travel with him can be challenging. There are plenty of daily activities M-F and special music programs and shows/discussions in the evenings. They also have a wonderful shuttle service that brings him to/from church on Sundays and will take him to any appointments during the week. They have a big zero entry pool for water aerobics and the room and water are very warm and comfortable. The staff here are top-notch. Friendly, professional, and very flexible depending on each individual resident. The management is always there and very responsive. We are very happy with our decision to move him to the Residence at Otter Creek!

Such a wonderful place. My mother loves the staff, the building and the setting in which they are placed are exceptional. Lovely comforting and caring staff. Fabulous cuisine, great programming. Truly is an amazing envirnment for my mom. Thankful I live in this town so close by. Can't sing the praises enough.

The worst place I’ve ever worked at. They had a very bad staffing problems. Why? Was it because the staff were terrible at their jobs and were fired. Nope, everyone keeps quitting. No one stays because how things are run. All because of the management incompetence. The workers do all the work while the bosses sit back, take long strolls in the hallways while they drink their coffee. Have “ meetings”at the front desk to discuss whatever boring event happen at home the previous day. But god forbid you’re not management and say hi to your coworker for more than 2 seconds. They never listen or respect their workers. They’re rude and make fun of them behind their backs. They use them like slaves and pay them less then outside temporarily hires. The management have a poor communication problem. Lie to and blame the staff whenever things get ugly. Never accept any of the responsibilities. A ton of good people came and went. Most of the terrible managers are still in charge… Also, downstairs (Haven) unit. They have a problem with pipes making loud banging sounds throughout the night. It keeps the residences up. I left a couple years ago but I guarantee you the pipes still make a sound. Before I left, everyone I talked to hated the food. Especially the residents. If you love your parents don’t stick them here because of that. They charge $20 for a meal. That’s quality isn’t worth $20, maybe $5 There is good though. While I was working there. The company was professional. It wasn’t bad to wor for them. It was just the mangers. The company set up training course and classes with experience people for us to learn. Recently the company bump everyone’s pay significantly. Now everyone has a decent wage. While I worked there. They gave us free lunches and dinners. Which was awesomeThe company did paid us 8 hours extra every holiday. They gave us generous personal time off. Including 3 days sick and personal days. Two week off that you can use later on the year. Which builds the longer you’ve worked for the company. They also let cash a percentage any pto you have by the end of year. Also gave us gifts on Christmas and thanksgiving. Never got paid any bonuses during the 2020-2021 pandemic though. Only thank you sighs. It was a frustrating time for the everyone. Majority of business were closed. Majority of people were at home(being paid $600 a week or more). While we continue to worked and made significantly less. We kept hearing other companies paying their staff bonuses for working through that tough time. But all we got thank you signs that said we were hero’s. I guess that’s something…

My dad has been here for eight years. We interviewed every senior residence in the area when he moved up here from New Jersey. Best decision we ever made. The staff is AMAZING and dad has thrived here, especially since entering the assisted living program. By the way, the food is OUTSTANDING as well. Extremely well run residence and we've never looked back! So very grateful!!!
