I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Residences at Cherry Hill. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported during what was an incredibly emotional and overwhelming time for our family. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere—but what truly sets it apart is the staff, especially Sarah. Sarah is an absolute gem. She has a unique ability to make very difficult situations feel manageable. Her kindness, knowledge, and genuine compassion shine through in every interaction. She took the time to listen to our concerns, answered every question with patience, and guided us through the entire process with such grace. Her professionalism and positive energy made a world of difference for our family. Working with Sarah made what could have been a stressful transition feel seamless. She is a true asset to The Residences at Cherry Hill, and we are so grateful for her support. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a caring and exceptional place for their loved one.

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting with the marketing director Sarah H for my tour of the building . She was incredible , not only was she extremely knowledgeable but so kind and personable . Through out the tour of the building she answered all of my questions and concerns. The living space is beautifully kept and clean! Sarah was truly remarkable . She made me feel at ease and at home . It's a wonderful feeling knowing our mother will be staying at such a lovely place with even better people who care !! I can't thank Sarah enough! She's one of a kind and the best at what she does !

My grandmother loves living at The Residence at Cherry Hill, and I couldn’t be happier with this wonderful facility. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, keeping everything spotless and welcoming. Her apartment is cozy and perfect, and she enjoys the delicious meals and fun activities—like dancing to live music from the old songs she adores. Sarah Herrmann in sales was amazing, making the whole process smooth and stress-free with her expertise and warmth. It’s a fantastic place that gives our family peace of mind!

After a long search for a new home for my Aunt, I found the one! It is difficult to describe all of the nuances that go into this process and the anxiety that I felt. The Residences of Cherry Hill checked the boxes that I needed. Above all, the Marketing Director, Sarah H. was beyond patient and such a caring soul when answering my endless questions. She put my mind at ease as she and her staff welcomed my Aunt with open arms. Thank you, Sarah!
