My mother first heard about this independent living community from neighbors at her previous residence, and they had nothing but wonderful things to say about Marlton Gardens. Curious to see it for ourselves, we scheduled a tour—and from the moment we arrived, we knew this place was special. Walking up the beautifully landscaped pathway, surrounded by lovely plantings and welcoming benches, immediately created a warm and inviting feeling. The foyer is stunning, opening into a four-story atrium filled with natural light. The grand piano and fireplace in the elegantly appointed sitting area add a sense of warmth, comfort, and charm. While the spacious, well-maintained apartments were impressive, it was truly the amenities and exceptional staff that convinced us this was the right choice. From Cindy, John, Diane, Orlando, Debbie, the Activities Director, and the dining staff, everyone has been welcoming, caring, and always ready with a smile. They made me feel comfortable, valued, and safe from my very first day. Choosing Marlton Gardens has been one of the best decisions my family and I have made. Recently moved my parents into this facility after my dad had a pretty nasty fall. I love the staff here. I know most of them by name already, and they greet me every time they see me. They have been absolutely wonderful with my parents and the process of getting them in and settled. The facility is always clean and well maintained. I've not noticed the "smell" that places like this typically have, and my parents enjoy most of what is offered here. I can't give this place enough praise.

My mother is a new resident and loves it! Beautiful accommodations, great staff, and food. And endless activities. We stayed at the guest family studio, which was both comfortable and convenient – happy to be close to mom! Thank you!

Mom and I toured the facility today and we felt right at home! We enjoyed our lunch and meeting some of the residents. Mom knew 2 people. The facility is bright and cheerful. She liked that they had lots of activities and especially the fitness room and theatre. The apartments are spacious and have ample storage. Conveniently located to lots of shopping. Hope she signs the lease!!
