The facility is well managed, kept clean, staff is extremely friendly, and always available for help if needed. Dinning room is kept clean and food service is well done. Activity director is always available,keeps residents busy with all sorts of activities. Entertainers are rotated thru the facility on a good schedule. Happy hours are offered on a routine basis. All m in all not a bad place for communal living.

We had visited several senior living environments and reviewed even more online. But when we visited The Ranch Estates at Scottsdale and met McKenna and her team, we knew we found the right place for Dad. The spaces are clean and inviting as a cruise ship! All the people we encountered—residents and staff—are friendly and welcoming. The common areas, dining room, gym, theater, library, patio and pool, are nicely appointed and well populated with people enjoying themselves. Dad’s 1-bedroom apartment is so spacious and bright, with fresh paint and updated appliances in the full kitchen. It is also quiet, yet steps away from the multiple activities planned each day. Dad loves the food and the fact that the chef is flexible in addressing diner’s requests. And he’s right in there when blackjack or tai chi is happening or some outside excursion is planned. Our family takes great comfort in the fact that 24-hr care is available, allowing Dad to age in place. While he had some reservations moving from his condo of 45 years, Dad has grown quite comfortable in his new home, quickly making fast friends.

The Team at The Ranches Estates at Scottsdale treats me with great respect and kindness when I visit. Their community is fabulous and well maintained. The residents are friendly and always active. The health care staff is outstanding and the dietary team make the best food items. And they welcome the best of the best health care partners. Thank you.

Our resident enjoy the community so much. It was a great decision to put them there and they made the process so easy. The community is full of the best people and all the staff are incredibly helpful. Everything was made easy and accessible. It made me so joyful to see how well he was doing there. They had so many events for him to engage with and build bonds in such a difficult time. For people without cars, the transportation was an easy process and Jenna was great help during the process. I definitely recommend.
