Our 92 year old mom has been receiving top notch compassionate care at Amber Creek for the past 9 months. This is a direct reflection of competent, professional, and hands on leadership. The staff have ongoing training in order to face an ever changing, ever challenging population. Our mom is a type 1 diabetic with advanced memory loss and staff continue to treat her with dignity, respect, and love. She is encouraged to engage in a variety of age appropriate and fun activites throughout the day. Staff seek creative and respectful ways to assist her when she is "having a bad day". Safety is of utmost importance. Everything from the pleasant front office staff to overall unique decor is all that is right about this place! Our family remains grateful for this very special collection of nurses, caregivers, and administrators. Thank you!! 💜Barbara

Friendly, caring staff. My mother-in-law improved her mental status within her first few weeks there. She loves the activities and the food — worried that she is eating too much. We had been caring for her at home but she was becoming more withdrawn, sleeping more because 2 of us couldn’t really keep her engaged full time. I had a not-too-great experience with my parents in another care facility and we were very hesitant, but Amber Creek has been excellent.

Moving a loved one into a memory care facility is extremely difficult. Amber Creek made this transition extremely doable and showed compassion and professionalism. I don’t think I could have done this without them. The facility is clean, comfortable, and up scale. I can’t say enough for the meals which are superb every day of the week and the staff who care for the residents are professional, caring and available. I highly recommend Amber Creek for anyone looking for compassionate care for a loved one.

As I have been told, finding a memory care facility for your loved one is need driven, not want. When tasked with the impossible of finding a place for my mom, I was overwhelmed and frightened. After touring several facilities, some scarier than others, I found my way to Amber Creek Inn. The staff has been wonderful and comforting, the facility is clean and inviting and I'm hopeful before too long, my mom will feel at ease. Don't pass over Amber Creek Inn before deciding on a new place your loved one will call home.
