My mother was at The Waters for nearly 5 years, from the summer of 2019 until April of 2024. She lived in the independent apartments and absolutely loved it. I think I can speak on behalf of all my siblings, that we were happy to see her happy and well-cared for. She developed new friendships, participated in activities, and enjoyed so many visitors. Staff and residents alike became her friends. When the time came that she needed the care and assistance of the health care aids, they were fabulous. They handled her with care and compassion, and even shared a few tears with us. On behalf of the entire Giangiordano family, I share our gratitude to the entire team at The Waters of Wexford. Thank you for being there and caring for our mother.

Visited the facility today, Paulette and her team were exceptionally welcoming, as was the front desk employee who assisted me with check in.

I think the facility is lovely. One item that is an unacceptable eye sore and in need of attention and a solution is the “garden” area outside of 2014 balcony and the neighbor across. I will take photos next time. It is unfortunate it doesn't affect more people or it might garner attention. It is awful. Thanks. A Visitor

Most of the staff they have are very nice. The place is nice inside. The food is hit and miss. I wouldn't say the meals are balanced. Getting vegetables on your dinner plate would be nice. Updated: wanted to provide an update, especially since this is a very expensive place to live. I lowered my rating due to what you pay vs. what you get. Unfortunately, the facility seems to have difficulty retaining staff for long periods, so there's often a revolving door of new employees. However, the staff members who are there are consistently friendly and caring. While most of the rules and procedures are followed, there are occasional lapses that impact the residents. As for the food, it's still hit or miss—sometimes it's enjoyable, but other times it falls short in terms of flavor and quality. It is not consistent. Another concern is the parking situation. It can be challenging to find a spot some days, especially with a bus that takes up a valuable space despite being used only once a week. It would be more efficient to park the bus along the driveway near the garage, freeing up parking for residents and visitors.
