Choosing the Ridgecrest community for our father was the best decision my sibblings and I could have made. The team is professional, compassionate, and incredibly communicative. The facility is clean, bright, and full of life, but it’s the staff that truly makes it special. They go above and beyond to ensure our father is comfortable, active, and well-cared for. We are so grateful. We have a peace of mind knowing he is in such great hands. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough positive things about this facility especially the memory care unit. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth, compassion, and genuine dedication of all of the staff. This team consistently goes above and beyond. Special recognition goes to the director, Karli, whose leadership clearly sets the tone for the entire unit. She is approachable, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to both residents and their families. Karli is always willing to listen, problem-solve, and ensure that each resident receives the highest quality of care

My sisters and I could not have been more pleased with the facilities, the personnel, and the community of residents as our father transitioned from his hometown to Ridgecrest of McCandless. His apartment is incredibly lovely and perfectly sized for his needs, the staff and personal aides work tirelessly to ensure that he feels safe and continues to function with as much independence as possible for as long as possible, and the community of residents are warm, engaging, and all immediately made him feel at home. Our family - and specifically my father - could not be more pleased with how things worked out. We look forward to visiting him at Ridgecrest for many years to come.

Think twice b4 you send your love ones to this old age prison. First, the food is worse than any hospital food you ever had. Second, if your love ones need help with personal routine (bathroom care & shower they have to sit until they find the time. When they do show up the clean up is terrible. My advise keep looking if you love your parents.
