My mother moved into the Princeton about 6 months ago. She loved the activities especially the beach volleyball and Bingo. She was especially happy with the staff, and in particular Alexis at the front desk and Lee in culinary. I know that moving into a facility is a scary thing for most and my mother was certainly worried, but I found the experience to be life-changing for her and for the better. I've never seen her come out of her shell so much and the memories and friends she made there made the experience a wonderful one. If you are hesitant to put a family member at this facility, I can tell you that from my experience personally, they will have a happier time than if you hadn't.

Our mother moved in to assisted living 3 years ago. All the staff at The Princeton have been wonderful interacting with our mom and allowing her to be as independent as possible while still monitoring her to keep her safe. In the past week, her health steadily declined and the staff made sure she remained comfortable, responded promptly to any requests and took care of the family’s needs as well during this difficult time. We appreciate each and every one of the staff who made our mom feel like their family member and treated everyone with respect and kindness. What a wonderful team - housekeeping, kitchen staff, nursing/resident care staff, activities staff and volunteers all working together to make living at The Princeton feel more like a home. Some special thank yous- James from the kitchen- thank you for the delicious breakfast. It was great comfort food and tasted so good. Nita Hagerman, Shane Adams and Marlene on the day shift checked in frequently and offered to answer questions or get us anything we needed. They also were very supportive and kind, spending a little extra time visiting with us not only about our mom, but normal daily topics that made us feel recognized and cared for. Kim the night nurse helped us feel comfortable to go home at night knowing our mom would be closely watched and we would be notified as needed. Teresa, who was in charge of activities is wonderful. She works so hard to provide fun and stimulating activities for seniors. Thank you for trying to get our mom to participate in the activities. I know she preferred to walk like the energizer bunny and bask in the sunshine or work on word search puzzles but you got her involved. Finally a big thank you to Nicole Hensley, the Director of Nursing. Whenever we had a concern or needed help, you responded promptly and compassionately. This final week, you coordinated multiple resources to help make transitions and care go smoothly. We really appreciate your honest and caring input to help us make some very difficult decisions. Although I can’t remember everyone’s name, please know we are so thankful for your kindness and support.

My father has been a resident at Princeton Assisted Living for several months now and truly enjoys living there. He receives excellent care from all the staff. One team member in particular, Cameron from the dining room staff, consistently goes above and beyond. Cameron always greets my dad with a smile and his favorite drink, making him feel seen and valued. Recently, when the Sunday lunch option was a buffet, Cameron took the time to prepare my dad’s favorite—French Toast— because he knows that he will eat the meal. Gestures like this may seem small, but they make a huge difference. Having caring and attentive staff members like Cameron is what makes Princeton Assisted living such a wonderful place to call home when you can no longer live in your own.

Amazing staff, kind and friendly residents and a few fur babies to love on. The food is incredible!
