For the last 6+ years I have been assisting seniors and their families find safe and appropriate senior living options. Silverado Memory care is one of my go-to options. I like that they strive to be very purposeful in terms of activities with all of their residents that are on their personal dementia journeys. The activities of the day are not just time fillers but are targeted to basic components or pillars for increased quality of life. They are also able to provide a high level of care thus enabling residents to age in place gracefully. I meet primarily with their Family Ambassador, Whitney, who has always impressed me as she consistently goes above and beyond in service of residents or even potential residents and their families.

It's easy to see how much the staff genuinely care about the residents. There’s always something going on—engaging activities such as baking, outings to awesome places, crafting and art engagements, thirsty Thursday with live music, and creative programs that keep everyone involved and uplifted. What’s also remarkable is how many of the staff have been there for years. That kind of stability really says a lot about the culture and leadership. The monthly events for families are always a joy to see - such a beautiful way to bring everyone together. This facility truly sets the standard for memory care, and it’s clear that both residents and their families are in great hands

The caregivers and nurses at Silverado Lees Summit anre incredibly attentive, patient, and genuinely compassionate. They treat their members with dignity and respect and it’s clear they truly care about their well-being. Anytime we have questions, the staff is quick to respond and always keeps us in the loop. They are great about taking their members out for activities if they are able to as well as creating fun and interactive events at the facility. Can’t recommend this place enough!
