Silverado Lee’s Summit Memory Care Community

We just recently moved my brother to Silverado and the relief I already feel to have him in such a loving, caring place gives me such peace of mind. The atmosphere is nothing like I’ve ever seen before in any other place. He seems so happy there and he gets lots of attention. The food is always so delicious and fresh and the chef so kind and family gets to eat with him whenever we want. It really feels like family is taking care of your loved one! Silverado was an absolute blessing for our family. Every single person there took the time to truly get to know my husband — not just his needs, but his personality, his humor, and the small things that made him him. The level of care was incredible. Even on the hard days, when challenges came up (as they do), they always had a thoughtful solution and handled everything with calm, confidence, and compassion. There was always something happening — activities, music, visits, conversations — and the team consistently tried to engage him in ways that felt meaningful. Communication with our family was proactive, consistent, and incredibly reassuring. And honestly, my husband in his right mind would’ve been the first to say he’d never want to be in a care community…but he settled in. They always made sure he was well cared for in every way. Everyone — from maintenance and housekeeping to the caregivers, nursing team and leadership — was absolutely phenomenal. Their kindness and commitment made such a difference during one of the hardest seasons of our lives. I’m deeply grateful for everything they did. We highly recommend Silverado.

Silverado Memory Care has been outstanding in the compassion and care they provide to my parents. I had the opportunity to attend a Halloween After-Hours event for the Lee's Summit Chamber this past year at Silverado. The Silverado staff was truly amazing ... everyone was so kind, and understanding (I broke a ceramic pumpkin by accident with my purse!). The way they showed care and welcomed the residents to the event was just so nice.
