Our mother thrived during her time at Pine Ridge and we believe her experiences made her last years beautiful. I can't say enough about the entire staff and the time they spend with the residents. Mom loved the variety of crafts available to her and the games - bingo, left right center, made her day. And our family has made lasting friendships with the staff and other residents - everyone is now family! Do not hesitate to tour this facility if the need arises for you family, you won't be disappointed.

Well managed facility with staff that are attentive to residents and their needs. We moved a relative in here this year and Justin (the director) exemplifies the kind of genuine concern that is seldom found elsewhere. He takes the time to see each resident and personally look into whatever is happening. He maintains competent staff. The facility has a great variety of activities and residents with a whole range of capabilties (some still driving while others are confined to a wheelchair). Extended family are treated well and have convenient access. And when something goes amiss, corrective actions are taken. I visited late one evening and caught several residents playing cards in the caferia. They gave glowing comments about living here - and i have seen first hand these come true for our relative.

My Mom was here for a little less than 2 years prior to her passing and the facility did a wonderful job of taking care of her. The other residents were very kind and my Mom made many new friends during her stay. I stayed with her for 2.5 months, near the end for her life, and the facility did a fantastic job making me feel welcome too. I strongly recommend Pine Ridge of Hayes.

My mom was still able to live independently, but since she had a couple falls and was very lonely, I started to look into alternate living arrangements. She and I toured the facility together in July 2023 and had lunch with a couple residents. The food was fabulous and the residents were so kind and told us how happy they were. After we left, she and I discussed her making the move and ultimately decided that this would be a good place for her. She moved in August 2023 and is thriving more than I thought possible. She is very active and walks every day, rain or shine. There is a nice little fitness area and mom utilizes that as well. My mom is pleased with the social activities and is never bored. Between the games, entertainment, field trips, etc, there is always something for her to do. We are both happy with this decision and I can rest better knowing she is safe and happy!
