I am so excited for my mom to be at Shorehaven!! Christina and Heather have been so wonderful and patient with us. And, we had the pleasure of having Amber showing us around. All of the residents are so friendly and welcoming!! And, it was comforting to hear that they all said they love it at Shorehaven & there is so much fun to experience. They told my mom to hurry up and move in! Shirley and Kim have been wonderful, too along with the dining staff. My mom loves the food, too! :-)

This living community is the just the place our family was looking for for our mother. From the first moment walking in, it felt like a home. Everyone was engaging and helpful. Christina L. and Heather were very open, kind, caring, and helpful with all aspects of what we wanted and needed for our mother to be included. Accommodations are amazing and staff is knowledgeable and understanding. Christina and Heather went above and beyond to make our family feel part of the community within minutes (and it wasn't a pitch- it was just how they are!) Thank you for making what could have been a scary, defeating milestone in my mom's journey, a very positive, exciting new adventure. We are ALL excited to join the Shorehaven Living Community.

As we all know having to transition your parents into a new community is not only difficult for your parent(s) but for the family as well because you want a safe, caring and friendly community. Christina and Heather could not have been more accommodating, helpful or kinder. In addition to this being an excellent community for our mom to join, but to know that such wonderful people like Heather and Christina are working, there helps to relieve your worries. We know, along with them, the other workers and the residents my mom will thrive in the community.

My Mom moved into Shorehaven in November during the COVID-19 quarantines. The communication regarding what was happening and coordination the vaccines has been wonderful. They are so helpful and thoughtful when trying to make the very difficult time manageable. Although we have not yet experienced the dining and activities due to Covid restrictions, the transportation and personal assistance that Mom has utilized has been excellent. The grounds are beautiful with a little lake. The building is decorated for each holiday and the atmosphere is very upbeat. All of their team members seem to genuinely care and enjoy their work. Shorehaven has updated their Facebook page to allow us view what is happening at Shorehaven during this time. The biggest news is now the Salon is re-opening. There are some very happy residents!! If you are considering moving your family member into a senior facility. Make a visit to Shorehaven. I think you will be impressed.
