The Pines on Carmel Senior Living

I recently moved my dad into The Pines on Carmel from another assisted living facility out of town. The transition has been great for him and he loves his new home. In my opinion, the staff has been great and to hear the same response from my dad confirms we made the right decision on calling The Pines on Carmel his new home! When I first started looking into new facilities to place my dad, I particularly looked deeply into the staff and management at each facility. I felt something very different at The Pines on Carmel. I could not be happier and to see that he is happy makes me feel we made the right choice. I would highly recommend The Pines on Carmel to anyone looking for an assisted living facility that deeply cares about their residents and their families!

We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care provided by the staff at The Pines on Carmel. From the moment we first visited, we felt welcomed, and confident that our loved one would be in good hand, and we were absolutely right. The facility is always clean, filled with natural light, and well maintained. This is a warm, inviting community where residents have the opportunity to stay engaged. There’s offerings for everyone, from: group outings, exercise classes, games & activities, and quiet spaces for relaxation and reflection. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Every caregiver, nurse, and support member we’ve met has gone above and beyond to treat our family member with kindness, dignity, and genuine affection. They not only address medical and physical needs with professionalism and skill, but they also take time to build personal connections. It’s clear they love what they do, and it makes all the difference. We’ve seen the positive impact this environment has had on our loved one’s quality of life, and are thankful every day for the peace of mind that comes from knowing they’re safe, supported, and cared for. I would certainly recommend The Pines on Carmel to any one looking for a trusted, compassionate place for their loved ones.

My little lady friend is enjoying her time now at the Pines. The other residents and staff have been so warm and accommodating, making whole experience so pleasant. The move-in process was made easy by Jamarcus Scott. He took care of the details and helped out whenever possible, even moving in some furniture! The facility is so clean and well-maintained. It’s a pleasure to walk in and see my friend so happy!

I have been extremely pleased with the service and care that my loved one has been getting at this facility. Jamarcus.Scott in particular has been a true Godsend to me and my family. He from day one has always made me feel comfortable and has treated me and my family with respect. He has been very truthful and forthcoming with expectations and my loved one has been extremely comfortable under their care. He is a wealth of knowledge and if he can help in anyway, he goes out of his way to make sure that your questions are answered. The Director Samantha Glass has also been wonderful to work with and they are able to answer questions in a timely manner. The entire team including Ms Leah Poteat, RN and her medical staff are extremely caring and attentive and contact me with any possible issues to make sure I am free from worry. Their Activities Director Ashley Cunningham has worked diligently to make sure that my loved one is involved in most if not all of the going on at the center and it’s very busy! I am very grateful to have met Mr. Scott and thankful for his honesty and integrity and I am also very thankful for the entire staff at the Pines at Carmel for all they have done for our family.
