Very disappointing to hear not helping mother take a wheelchair down to elevator so she can attend a meeting on second floor. They told her she can walk. Is it too much trouble to provide a service to a client that pays 8k/mo? What are you paid to do? It would be too much trouble to bother staff right? To the staff, would you treat you’re own mother that poorly?

I played music at a fun event at CAL. The staff was incredible: friendly, caring and helpful. The facilities and decor at the home were tasteful and comfortable. The residents were engaging. We all had a great time together!

Very clean facility. No odor. Staff was very friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Residents were clean and smiling. Ate lunch and enjoyed it very much. Patricia Thompson
