Our tour with Brittany was very informative. She introduced us to the executive director, as well as other staff members. All were very professional, but also very understanding and caring. They all spent time with us and were very welcoming. Brittany answered a lot of questions and her answers were very honest and direct. She understood how we are trying to find the best fit for our family member.

I Recently attended an open house event at The Piedmont and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The entire staff was Friendly and Efficient while making you feel like you were just visiting someone's home. Food and Drinks were served and both were excellent. The fruit in the pastry was especially memorable. The Piedmont is a beautiful location and the residents are delightful to meet and visit with. I am looking forward to meeting more in the future. After two failed attempts at signing a lease with other luxury senior facilities in Atlanta, The Piedmont Buckhead was a breath of fresh air. From the time we stepped inside we were made to feel like way more than just a number on the corporate books. We’ve learned from past experience that if the if the sales team doesn’t have their act together, it goes downhill from there. Thanks for the respect and transparency Piedmont team!
