Piedmont at Buckhead is a wonderful community with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The team is professional, compassionate, and truly committed to providing excellent care and support to residents and their families. The community is beautifully maintained, offers engaging activities, and creates an environment where residents can feel comfortable, connected, and cared for. We truly enjoy working with Brittany and the team at Piedmont at Buckhead. Brittany is always professional, responsive, compassionate, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She genuinely cares about the families she serves and consistently goes above and beyond to make transitions as smooth and supportive as possible. As a senior living advisory company, it means a lot to partner with communities that communicate well, follow through, and treat families with kindness and respect — both Brittany and The Piedmont consistently do all of those things. Excellent agent. Facility has almost all we could ask for. Very clean and large staff who are pleasant and appear to be available all the time. Facility is well maintained . Apartments we saw would meet our needs. New appliances, new flooring and fully painted before occupancy.Weekly activities seem much to choose from.

Great facility. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. It was exceptionally clean, and most importantly, the residents appeared happy and well cared for based on the conversations I had with a few of them.
