My mom moved in several months ago and her quality of care from the staff and Letitia have been beyond my expectations. The staff feels very much like an extended family and the care and emotional support they offer in addition to all physical care is beautiful and I truly can’t thank them enough.

My loved one lived at the Renaissance for 8 years, and until the current onsite management staff took over, it was a wonderful and vibrant facility. The current executive director has put a chokehold on finances, limiting needed repairs and scaling back resident activities. In dealing with family and residents, he is insincere and dismissive. Often pretending to listen to suggestions and concerns, but never implementing any meaningful changes. The marketing and sales staff advertise a variety of services that are rarely delivered. The nursing staff is short handed, and response times are exceedingly excessive, often leaving assisted living residents waiting a hour or longer for needed assistance and care. Based on our experience over the last 8 years, we would strongly recommend talking with existing residents to get their opinions and get ALL offered services in writing before making a final decision. Buyer beware!

Renaissance on Peachtree has HEART. That’s something many other assisted living facilities lack, and it’s a quality you simply can’t buy. The team is DYNAMIC. Armando (ED) and Marie (AED) are two of the most passionate servant leaders I’ve ever met. Their influence is evident in the overall charm and atmosphere of the facility. Armando is one of the primary reasons I chose to place my mother here. He ensures that everyone feels seen and heard, which empowers the staff to follow his example. If there’s a concern or room for improvement, they acknowledge it and act on it. I love that Armando and Marie don’t hide away in their offices. Instead, they’re always on the floors, attending events, and engaging with everyone. It makes a noticeable difference to see them fully hands-on. My priorities for my mother’s placement were care, dietary needs, and recreational activities. The care team is led by a dynamic duo: Veronica, Director of Nursing, and Letitia, Director of Assisted Living. They are ON IT, to say the least. They listen, assess your needs, and ensure their team delivers the necessary care. Let me be clear: no place is perfect. But this is as close to perfection as you’ll get, thanks to their extensive experience and passion for what they do. They are always just a call or a message away, working relentlessly to meet your needs. Veronica has an exceptional ability to anticipate needs proactively, often without you even realizing it. She feels like a bonus mom, and I’m fortunate to say that. What Veronica and Letitia do for our loved ones is vital to their quality of life, and it’s no easy task. They don’t just care for your loved ones; they also care for us—the primary caregivers. I also appreciate the team that provides hands-on care for my mom. The caregivers have formed warm relationships with her and have been open to all my concerns and questions. They update me on special moments and reach out when they have inquiries. It comforts me to know they tend to her needs, no matter how big or small. Next on my list of important considerations for my mother’s care is dietary needs. Next on my list of important considerations for my mother’s care is dietary needs. Ronnie, the Director of Dining Services, leads a team that ALWAYS pleasant and attentive. I must also mention the Sunday Brunch and Night of Elegance dinners that are very nice elements to the establishment. Reggie leads the transportation division. He is kind, passionate and takes pride in his long-term role leading this important and underrated aspect of senior living. His team goes out of their way to accommodate. He is also the resident photographer and videographer! He documents beautiful moments while ensuring your loved ones can make it to places, they need to get. The next major factor in my decision was the recreational activities. Mr. T is SUCH A VALUE ADD! He plans a wide range of activities that cater to residents' social and cognitive needs. They have happy hours, off-site outings, live musical events, fitness activities, daily bingo, card games, live lectures, car shows, and more. The activities team adds personal touches to each event, spreading joy with their over-the-top energy and enthusiasm. If you visit, speak with Mary, the Director of Marketing, or Hannah. They are both deeply involved in the community. Feel free to tell them you’re there to see if this review is true and let them know which one it is: the one that brags about their HEART. Overall, from the moment you walk in, you’ll experience everything I’ve described—from the warm reception staff to the cheerful dining team to the caregivers moving about, and the residents enjoying all the wonderful amenities. I’m confident we’ve found the right place for my mother, a place that allows me to be her daughter again.

Leadership is very toxic !!! No integrity... Okay at first I wasn't going to go there and air out all the dirty laundry but it's so ridiculous you have staff in the nursing department all going on break at one time smoking weed in the parking garage some are clocked out some are not most residents sheets haven't been changed in months you have management that sit in a office all day and tell nothing but lies a lot of these people come to work to do the bare minimum you have staff in groups in Residents rooms watching bad girls club shows on TV now everybody walking around like Billy badass that's why I'm 42 years old why would a worker in her twenties would try to run up and address me very disrespectful Showing that she's the bully of the place this place needs to be cleaned up I mean inside out horrible to the core everybody friends and family they have hired anybody stealing company time can't be trusted at all and management think there cute to sit in a office to have a title very unorganized and when you speak out that's when they try to make you the problem because they don't want to do their job they have shorted my check I'm just in disbelief on how unprofessional this place is, here I am trying to lead by an example be an example trying to get people on One Accord what these people just come to work to sit in rooms to talk be on there phones it's ridiculous and management like it that way because they get to ride the clock and do absolutely nothing they put on the biggest front I swear they need an investigation team in there because it's that horrible there!!! So to try to lie on me is insane for me to only have been working a little bit over a month all what this place got going on is a disgrace ... I'm about to report them to the state for falsifying documents and lying and neglect to the care of residents. And you got Med tech's stealing the residents narcotic medicine and put it in the system like they gave it to the resident and making a resident feel crazy to be in pain and forcing them to take Tylenol
