This review is based upon my interactions with the Admissions Director Mary Brooks Green. My mom has been in the hospital for 6 weeks and cant go back to where she was living because they cant provide the care she needs. I called Renaissance and spoke with Mary who advised they couldn't either but she inquired about my mom's needs and recommended a rehab and then called their Director of Admissions on her cell AFTER hours to have them find my mom's referral and review. Mary called me back immediately to advise she spoke with the Director and gave them my mom's info and she would call me the next morning. She DID call me the next morning to advise the rehab had my mom's referral and their Director would be calling me, who did minutes later. She has followed up with both me and the rehab every day since then, and my mom isn't even a resident or potential resident at this time. Mary went above and beyond to assist us when she and Renaissance had not stake in the game and followed through. I cannot say how profoundly I appreciate her and am grateful for her efforts and how she drastically improved my situation wading through senior facilities and rehabs. It's scary out there and I couldn't entrust most of the facilities out there with my mom's care. The rehab accepted her and I know it was because of Mary's efforts. If the experience for residents at Renaissance is anything like my experience as a non-resident, you should consider Renaissance for your loved ones. Mary is one of a kind in an era where customer service and responsiveness have become rhe exception rather than the norm. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU MARY!!!!

Fantastic place to call home for my parents. Never imagined such a wonderful place was possible. Above all, the staff here from top to bottom are kind, helpful, supportive. Everyday, Mom & Dad say something good about the Renaissance. The other residents also always smile when they walk by and reflect the warmth that’s everywhere. Food is a central part of my parents’ lives, they love the dining experience there. At such a stressful time, the Renaissance gave their second chapter a fabulous start.

My father moved to Renaissance several months ago. We have had a wonderful experience from the time we first started looking for a community through now. Mary Brooks Green was extremely helpful in finding the right apartment for my father. When a new unit came up and my father was still feeling unsure, she went out of her way to call us about the unit and come in on her day off to show it to us. Mary ensured that he was well informed and continued to stay in touch past his move-in date to make sure he had everything he needed. The entire staff at Renaissance is always friendly and warm, which is one of the reasons my father picked this community. We have been very happy with this decision!

Rhett Scircle is an excellent and honest person. I was looking for a new place to move into in May. I left him a long message and he called me back the same day. We talked for a while and he told me all about the Renaissance apartments. I told him I couldn’t drive so sent a car to pick me up the next morning. He gave me a tour of the building and one of the show case apartments. I decided then that I would move there since it had everything that wanted. He did an excellent job and I’m now living there for three weeks. He did a wonderful job and he knows what people want when they move there. Thanks.
