The Park at Laguna Springs

I moved my grandparents in to The Park a few months ago and they are truly so happy. It made the transition from moving from their long time home so much easier. The residents who live here are all so friendly, warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is gorgeous-- comparable to a luxury resort. There are lots of activities that many residents participate in and facilitate. The dining room has great specials and a variety of options. Management goes above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction. Couldn't be happier with their decision to make this place home.

The Park at Laguna Springs is a stunning 5 Star Mediterranean-style senior living community. When you step inside, it feels like you’ve entered a luxurious 5-star hotel. Spacious hallways, thoughtfully selected art, and elegant decor greet you. The apartments come in various options, including studios and one or two bedroom units, all featuring full kitchens and laundry facilities. If you require additional space, the Casitas offer their own private fenced yards and a one-car garage. The Park boasts its own deli restaurant, resident dining options, an art room, a library, a tea room, a movie theater, a beauty salon, and several activity rooms. There are numerous activities scheduled throughout each month. Additionally, The Park includes a pool and an outdoor barbecue area. And let’s not forget the workshop! I dream of living there someday.

Meet with Dee Vanzant who gave me a tour of their lovely facilities. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She was very welcoming, and made the tour comptable. I had an opportunity to meet and speak with several residents. These residents weren't expecting me. They were people who were going along with their business. Every person gave very high reviews of the place. The residents were very friendly and appeared quite happy. This place is definitely high quality luxury living. I plan on recommending several friends to also tour .

My wife and I moved to this beautiful community at the end of February. The place reminds us of a 5 star hotel in how it is decorated. We have to pinch ourselves every day that it is real as we sit in our courtyard with a beautiful fountain and fire bit. The staff is very customer-service focused from the Executive Director to the cleaning service. The Marketing Director, Tina, is so attentive to the residents’ needs by constantly asking if there’s something else that she can do. The meals are deliciously prepared by a knowledgeable chef who was trained by the chef who cooked for the royal family. There are so many activities and amenities to challenge the mind and work the body. We would recommend this community to everyone.
