Helping our elderly parents make the transition to independent living was not something our family approached lightly. From the moment we stepped onto The Palms property, however, we felt an immediate sense of peace. Melissa and her team were exceptional—welcoming, compassionate, professional, and incredibly calming during an emotional transition. Their genuine care made all the difference. The Palms is the perfect place for our 90- and 87-year-old parents, with wonderful dining, activities, and a vibrant community. Most importantly, our entire family now has peace of mind knowing Mom and Dad are in such a caring environment. We offer our highest recommendation and heartfelt gratitude to Melissa and the entire team. What could have been a difficult process truly felt like a blessing. God Bless you all!

I have lived in 4 different senior living communities, and have been at The Palms for 16 months and this place is my favorite! I am the unofficial greeter here and I love meeting new residents and helping them find everything. The apartment is large and homey! We have such nice residents here who all look out for each other. It is like one big family! My housekeeper is great and knows how to keep my home clean. Maintenance is attentive and fast when you put in a work order. The "pink ladies" are fantastic with the residents and always willing to lend a helping hand. I love the family advisors, they are there to answer all of your questions. I allow them to show my home to new prospects, as we are full and have been for over a year! The transportation man, Lindon who has been here almost 10 years, always gets you where you need to go, with a smile! I am so happy and proud to call The Palms, my home!

I am on my fourth week living at The Palms. Everyone that includes the staff and other residents are all friendly and very helpful. My apartment which a one bedroom & den is larger than my three bedroom home I lived in for 22 years. The grounds all around are beautiful, I set on my balcony every morning and lessen to the birds! Such a great way to start each day. There’s a great swimming pool and lounging area and places to set and enjoy the outdoors. They have great meals and ways to select what you want to have for all your meals. I feel that I have found my final home!

Independent Plus was wonderful. Every person was amazing, kind, caring and comforting. They were real, funny, engaging and a huge relief in a chaotic situation. The care they provided was professional and expertly carried out and heartfelt. I truly do not know what we would have done to care for our mom without Independent Plus. We are filled with gratitude!!
