I know they will be treated with the utmost respect, professionalism, and excellent customer service. The Ridges is a large community, yet it always feels warm and personable whenever I visit. Nicole and her team do a wonderful job creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, and professional partners.

Nicole Carlen is an outstanding Community Relations Director. She consistently shows genuine care through her interactions with residents and families, and she has a remarkable ability to build strong, trusting relationships with community partners. Her communication is excellent, and she does a wonderful job creating and hosting meaningful community events that truly bring people together. I would highly recommend any of the three locations — Garden, Arbor, or Senita — for your loved ones. Each community has an incredible staff that goes above and beyond to provide compassionate, high-quality care.

This is a beautiful community and every time I visit I am reminded of why it always feels like home. Every time I enter, the staff is warm and inviting, the residents seem engaged and the community feels positive and light. Sometimes when you go into a community, you can tell that the staff is overwhelmed, but here it is different. I’ve been in all areas of their community, including the memory care side and the assisted-living side, and the vibes are always great! I know they’ve also got some longevity with some of their key people which is so important in this industry. I’ve had the pleasure of working directly with Nicole Carlen on projects and event events and she is absolutely a blessing and a joy to work with. Highly recommend visiting this place if you’re in the market for Senior Living for yourself for a loved one!
