I recently moved my father into the Palms, and it has been a great experience and the facility is wonderful. All of the staff are very friendly, and the facility has lot's of natural lighting, is very clean and modern, and has an active atmosphere. On my father's move in day, the general manager, nurse, and recreation manager all made time to personally introduce themselves, and the team had prepared a welcome basket as well, which was a nice touch.

We recently moved our parents to the Palms. It has been a great transition. All staff members are helpful especially Denise. She goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed. She has been able to answer our questions in a timely manner. We truly appreciate all the staff members, their dedication and kindness. We know that our parents are being well cared for during their stay. The food is also very good.

I’m so impressed with The Palms and I’m a registered nurse and it meets all of our parents needs! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable especially Denise. She has answered all of our questions efficiently and she also helps out where needed in the facility. I’ve enjoyed seeing her smiling face when I visit from Georgia. I know our parents are in a great place and it gives me a peace of mind.

I had a really good experience with The Palms at Bonaventure. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The community is clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The activities assistant is very attentive in making sure you get to your appointments on time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good senior living community.
