All of the directors here are friendly and knowledgeable. As someone who grew up with a mom who worked in AL most of my life, I would trust this community to take care of a loved one. Beautiful grounds and attentive staff. You can tell they care about their residents and the event turnouts always look amazing.

My wife and I looked at many places for her Mother, and The Palms was by far the best place we visited. She had a lot of needs and requirements, but they are able to handle all of them. The staff is professional and friendly. The facilities offer her a lot of programming and she is never bored. She's 92 years old and living her best life here.

Husband is really enjoying his care at The Palms - VERY friendly staff, clean and well managed. Lots of activities and feels very inviting. Every single person genuinely cares about the patients and their families. Totally would recommend this care facility!

The Palms staff were exceptional, displaying a high level of competence and genuine care towards their guests. From the moment my Mother arrived, they welcomed her with warm smiles and a willingness to assist her throughout her time there. What truly set them apart, however, was their genuine care for the well-being and comfort of my mother. They went above and beyond to ensure that she felt at home. They showed a sincere interest in making sure she had the best possible experience. Their caring nature extended beyond their professional duties. They took the time to engage in meaningful conversations, getting to know her on a personal level, and making her feel appreciated. This personalized approach made her feel like more than just a patient, but rather a part of a warm and welcoming home community.
