Clearwater at Riverpark

After living at Clearwater for four years, I can honestly say that I can’t imagine living anywhere else. This is a unique community where people care about one another and we reach out to each other in many ways. There are so many different activities to enjoy, I need a calendar with eight days in the week!

There are many great aspects of Clearwater at Riverpark. The physical property is very nice. The apartments are a good size with a selection of 1 & 2 bedroom and 1 & 2 bath units. The food is top notch with a varied selection available for both lunch an dinner and a nice breakfast menu. The activities, and the gals that run them, are really great. Lots of diversity and really fun things to do. The meal plan is a point system rather than just 3 meals/day built into the rent. And with the ability to carry over up to half the monthly points if not used, you avoid just loosing what you paid for in the other plan if you are away on vacation or whatever. The residents and particularly the staff are all quite friendly. The servers in the Pub & Dining room bend over backward to please. My wife and I looked at a number of facilities and Clearwater clearly stood out as best choice.

My mother-in-law has been living at Clearwater for 2 years. She is very happy and truly does not believe that there is a better place out there. From the first tour we were impressed with the quality of the apartments, the restaurant and all of the amenities. The staff and employees are all caring and kind. In addition, the location is good for walking and shopping. Yes, it is more expensive, but having toured several other senior living options you get what you pay for.

I enjoy living at Clearwater. I’ve made many friends and participate in many of the classes and activities. I enjoy the outings to museums and places of interest, as well as local restaurants. If I have a question or need anything, April is always very helpful. She is a gem!!
