My mother has been here a year and absolutely loves it! A huge shoutout/thank you to April, who stayed connected with us after our first meeting and in contact/available to assist our entire family as we navigated the transition. Her commitment and caring to the residents and families of Clearwater is second to none. Even a year later she’s still providing support, sharing resources and keeping in touch to make sure our mom has the best possible experience. We couldn’t be happier with Clearwater - thank you April!!

Clearwater is the creme de la creme of independent living. Too much to cover, but here are just a few points: Food: Savor Restaurant (in house) offers excellent cuisine and table service (NOT cafeteria style) as well as take out and delivery. Two special entrées daily, in addition to a regular menu and scrumptious desserts. Activities: Several films streamed daily in dedicated theater, literary book club, mystery book club, bridge club, weekly outings to museums, restaurants, ... Painting, quilting, ... Health: Bone builders, Water aerobics, tai chi, ... Amenities: Exercise studio with machines, library, heated outdoor pool, first class (small) kitchen in every unit, weekly house cleaning, concierge, ... People: Warm, friendly, and talented staff, and a great group of residents, ourselves included. Come join us!

After living at Clearwater for four years, I can honestly say that I can’t imagine living anywhere else. This is a unique community where people care about one another and we reach out to each other in many ways. There are so many different activities to enjoy, I need a calendar with eight days in the week!

My mother-in-law has been living at Clearwater for 2 years. She is very happy and truly does not believe that there is a better place out there. From the first tour we were impressed with the quality of the apartments, the restaurant and all of the amenities. The staff and employees are all caring and kind. In addition, the location is good for walking and shopping. Yes, it is more expensive, but having toured several other senior living options you get what you pay for.
