It's not easy having to decide it was time for assisted living for my parents. Overall the Palisades was quite good. The caregivers, QMAPS, and other staff were all really amazing, the food decent, and proximity to the Broadmoor area ideal. It doesn't have the "wow" factor with a large common space, but it worked well for our needs.

Marisol Dyer is an exceptional employee, and with the residence care, and her observation for knowing what the residence are in need of, and showing that a little bit of extra love when needed, observing all of this, and knowing this about her, Lets me know that I wouldn’t mind her anytime around my family members or friends who are in need of that companionship
