We provide three levels of assisted living services: Supervisory, Personal, and Directed Care. Our programs include three meals daily in a full-service dining room, planned social activities, and certified caregivers on staff 24 hours a day. Whether you're seeking a supportive environment for daily activities or a place where friendships flourish, we are here to provide the comfort, care, and connection you deserve. We are proud to be a Helpany Certified Community, using an AI-powered fall prevention system, nicknamed "Paul," to support resident safety and independence.
The Oasis at Fellowship Square is a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) organization and part of the Christian Care family of communities.

My dad has been a resident of the Oasis for over two years. I cannot say enough about the care he receives from every staff member! From the nursing staff, caregivers, dietary and housekeeping, everyone is kind and caring and ready to assist. The hardest thing in the world is to see your aging parent become dependent on others….this staff treats him like family! He was a resident for five years prior to the move at Fellowship Square and that staff was (and is) very accommodating in his care. Too many people to list personally!

I would give 0 stars if possible. My mom had terrible service there. She was there two years. Today she spoke with an old neighbor who is in her 90s. They are making her move out of her apartment so they can remodel it. They are MAKING her pay for someone to move her even though they are forcing her to move!!! WHAT!!! Making her move and she has to pay someone to do it!!! Do NOT bring a loved one here. They act like they care, but it is just that… an act. Horrible place and experience.
