We had such a wonderful experience visiting your community with Bowl on the Go! It was truly heartwarming to see so many happy residents enjoying themselves. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and well-organized, which made everything run so smoothly. We especially loved seeing the effort put into entertainment and activities—it’s clear that resident happiness and satisfaction are a top priority here. Great place to live and enjoy your life! Located in N Phoenix this property boasts amazing green views and huge area full. It’s very clean, friendly and secure. Gated community has massive parking lot, lots of green grass and palm trees. Hall has high ceilings, fountains and even grand piano. The restrooms are clean and nice and so is everything else, from pool table to patio. And of course the kitchen is great. The cheeseburger I had was excellent so were the onion rings. You can see it on my videos. As a musician I am happy to perform there and see happy faces of the residents who are always waiting for me to come back and who keep greeting me every time I am there. If you’re looking for Senior living this one is a must!

Re Housekeeping staff Associate Aracely Garcia. She did an excellent job of cleaning my apartment today. I have been here at Park Terrace by Cogir a couple weeks. Aracely is very cheerful, friendly, yet professional & courteous. Great attention to detail in cleaning --my bathroom, mirrors so nice & squeaky clean. .My floors were all cleaned excellently. She is very thorough in her cleaning. Appreciate iher very much.

My mother-in-law moved to Park Terrace after my husband visited a dozen independent living facilities. She lived there almost 10 years before she died. She loved it so much she didn't want to go anywhere else. The facilities are beautiful, but it's the people who made a difference. They were invariably patient and kind (even though she could be a handful) and responsive and kind to us, too. I cannot recommend Park Terrace highly enough.
