My Mother was a resident at the Oaks and received exceptional care. The nurses , physical therapy and social work department went above and beyond to guide our family during this difficult period.she loved being there and especially enjoyed all the fun activities provided. Highly recommend.

My grandma was placed in here to get better and she progressively got worse. She had a tiny wound on her butt, I bought wedges and told them to turn her every two hours and they are not using the wedges I provided to get my grandma better. Her wound was a stage 2 and has gotten to a stage 4. I would also like to state that the social worker Carrie has a puss poor attitude and seems like she despises her job. She gave attitude when it was not needed, she had also told me that my grandma could walk and do things on her own and when I spoke with the people who were providing care they told me that is not the case. She was very rude and told me that my family would NOT KNOW/ BE ABLE TO CARE FOR MY GRANDMA. How rude to assume that I don’t have the knowledge to care for my grandmother when I have infact worked at a nursing home for 5years and at the hospital for 2 years. I was told they would show me how to do wound care and then when I drove all the way out here they told me they couldn’t show me because the wound care nurse was not here. I was then told any of the nurses could show me how to do wound care and when the nurse came in here she told me she didn’t have time to show me how to do the wound. Very back and forth and they clearly don’t know how to care for their patients. We have been nothing but nice and understanding with them. There is no communication with other staff along with no communication with family members as well. I do not recommend this place to take care of your loved ones. I wish I would have never let my grandmother come here. This place is awful.

My mom has been here twice. I just brought her home today. The staff are all wonderful. They are as attentive as they can be. I love that they have so many different activities for the residents and families even to enjoy. I did request my mom to be placed here for the second time needed as the first time was absolutely wonderful also. I know there are many horror stories of facilities but not place. I highly recommend this facility if you are in need of help for family. I would definitely choose them again and again. I THANK YOU EVERYONE FROM THE NURSES, PT,OT,KITCHEN STAFF,AIDS, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU ARE WONDERFUL

Terrible service , no help. Lazy employees who clearly do not care. They will neglect your loved ones. My grandmother was taken here after surgery, she could not walk without assistance. They made her wait six hours to use the bathroom after she had called and called for help. They never bathed or checked on her all day. We moved her as quickly as possible and now have to treat her UTI in addition to the post surgery care they were not doing. Stay away.
