My mother loves it here! The staff is great. Carla is absolutely wonderful. Shes extremly efficient and timely. With Carla being there I know my mom gets cared for like she would at home. All of management is efficient as well. Only issue I came across was a CRCA named Bella she was very rude and rough with my family member. Also laughing about how her boss Lora likes her so much she can do whatever she pleases. All she did was sit at a desk while my familys light was on over an hour. Thank goodness they also staff employess like Carla.

My 100 year old grandfather received end of life care here over the summer of 2025. He and our family were treated extremely well and we had much faith in the folks responsible for his care. We were particularly comforted knowing Isabella was often working his wing. She was attentive, helpful, kind, and my grandpa would often smile and joke with her when alert. It made our hearts happy. That other anonymous review that mentions a “Bella” sounds bogus, if that’s who they’re referring to. She only went by Isabella with our family. Anyway, I would recommend The Oaks at Belmont; you’ll have lots of opportunity to engage with kind, hardworking staff that you’re trusting your loved ones with.

Our mom has been in Memory Care at The Oaks at Belmont for several years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she receives! She’s thriving, joyful, and surrounded by an incredibly compassionate and attentive staff. They keep her engaged with fun activities, lively conversations, and delicious meals every day. Truly a wonderful place!

Staff is very nice and caring . They provide a safe environment for my mom to live in that I could not do on my own. Having mom at the oaks brings peace of mind and takes much stress out of my life knowing she has 24 / 7 help.
