These facilities are equipped with trained staff and offer engaging activities designed to promote well-being while ensuring a safe living environment.

The Courtland of Northview is a warm and welcoming community. The management team is easy to work with and go out of their way to show that they care. Sam, the Admissions Director is exceptional. He has a personal relationship with every resident and staff member in the community. He is knowledgeable, funny, welcoming, and over all makes you feel like you have been friends for years. He goes above and beyond. His tech skills are unmatched and the videos he creates are incredible. Sam is the Jack of all trades and will help with absolutely anything! I recently helped with an event at the community and was able to spend an extended amount of time there, and I felt the positive impact the staff have on the residents. Lindsay the Life Enrichment Director has a heart of pure gold and pours into her residents. Mindy the DON and Jackie the Wellness Director are working diligently to provide training for the staff to ensure they have all the tools they need to be successful. Great things are happening at The Courtland of Northview!!! Stop in and see for yourself.

We toured with the new Director of Admissions, Cassie. She came in on a Sunday, as that worked best with our schedule. She was very knowledgeable. She provided a great tour and answered all our questions. We were impressed with the care staff Max and Katelyn. They greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello. We are starting the process of Michigan waiver, but will be reaching out to Cassie when our mom is ready to move.

My mother in law is in this facility. We ABSOLUTELY LOVE Katelyn Oaks, one of her nurses! She goes above and beyond her job and takes such good care of MA. She treats her like a best friend and keeps her active. She makes sure she is dressed and looking beautiful. I can't say enough good things about Katelyn...others should follow her example of how to be the best caregiver. Give this girl a raise or a cruise...she deserves it and so much more!

This won’t come as a surprise to many there, but we are certainly not happy at all with the care my mother in law has received. There are certainly some staff that do truly care about the residents, but I have had more than a handful of issues with my mother in law and believe me it’s well documented. Make sure to stop by unannounced and at random times to see how well your loved one is being cared for.
