I love visiting my friends here. The special events, holidays, and happy hours are always entertaining and accompanied by great food and drinks. The activities that my friends tell me about range from educational, games, and crafts. The staff is friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Even as a visitor, you are part of the family. My friends apartments are spacious and comfortable. When I am ready for Senior Living, this is the place for me!

I recommend the newly opened residences at The Vista if your loved one is in need of living in a memory care setting. The care provided by the staff there is very caring and professional. The staff is always responsive when I call to check in on how things are going and answer any questions I may have. The Vista also has very nice common areas and a large outside area overlooking the mesas of El Paso for beautiful sunsets. Those areas encourage the residents to leave their rooms and meet and socialize with other residents. Thank you to the staff at The Vista for providing a safe and nice place for our loved one to live.

We had the most horrible expirience at montevista. My dad was not bathed or changed his diaper. He was all alone in his room, feed in his room byhimself. Also he had dialisis the next day ,he went dirty and on top of all this i had to pick him up becuse the driver was super late. He only stayed there one day I strongly dont recomend this plase for your love one. It looks beutiful but it staff was rude when we arrive with him , ignored and distant. Think it twice

The Monte Vista is a beautiful facility that feels incredibly warm and inviting. There are so many activities for the residents to enjoy and people always have a smile. The environment’s beauty is only surpassed by the excellent care and compassion provided by the staff. Britt, Lulu, and Valerie bring clinical knowledge and heart together to help their residents in every way. If anyone I love ever needs assisted living or memory care, this will be the place I look to.
