When I went in for a tour, the community was nothing short of inviting. The team was incredibly friendly, and the entire experience felt welcoming from start to finish. The apartments themselves were clean, spacious, and truly impressive. The pricing is amazing—especially for the west side—and it’s conveniently located near both I-10 and 375, making commuting easy. While the west side is typically more expensive, these apartments offer a luxurious feel without the high price tag. I would highly recommend stopping by for a tour. It’s rare to feel this welcomed right away!

i lived here from december of 2024 to december of 2025. everything was great till a couple months in, seemed like they were going through a management and financial crisis. parking became impossible even with the parking pass. laundry became overrun with not enough working washer and dryers. i had been locked out of the building probably a good handful of times because there's no backup way to get into building if you don't have the fob. i was told no animals at all and then i had begun to notice dogs later on in my time there. my studio had no oven, which i knew going into it, but still sucked. power and water is temporarily (a few hours at a time) down relatively often. also, the vending machines had eaten my money quite a few times. now, being moved out for six months, i'm still fighting to get my security deposit back. which, had been cleared to give me the full amount. overall, close to UTEP, my work, and the building was clean, so i didn't complain too much while living there, just was a pain most of the time, but you get what you pay for and rent was cheap for the area and all utilities included so🤷♀️

I would strongly recommend doing thorough research before choosing to live here. During my time as a resident, I experienced multiple ongoing issues that were not handled in a timely manner. The air conditioning unit was extremely dirty and repeatedly blew out dust and debris (including dead bugs). It became such a serious issue that it began smoking when the heater turned on setting off the fire alarms and creating a huge health and safety hazard. I reported this issue multiple times, but it took several months before it was partially addressed. It took the fire alarm issue to occur before getting somewhat cleaned by maintenance. I got sick several times living at these facilities which may have been attributed to the poor air quality as it has not occurred since moving. The laundry facilities were also a constant issue. Washers and dryers were frequently broken, and there were many times I had to move soaking wet laundry around the property trying multiple machines before finding one that worked. Laundry that should have been simple often took several hours. There were instances that I had to air dry my clothes due to a lack of working dryers. And the laundry facilities were constantly dirty as well as other community spaces (see photos) One resident left a note for other residents warning of a washer issue so that the other residents wouldn’t use it, and management decided to argue with the resident via notes rather than addressing the issue or writing a formal notice to all tenants that it was being addressed. I found this highly unprofessional from the management side. Other concerns included limited parking availability late at night, maintenance entering my apartment without proper notice, repeated water outages, and poor communication from management. Phone calls were often left unanswered and the office was often closed during business hours. One time I called the office and I was outside the office door listening to the front desk lady ignore my call. When she finally came out she was annoyed by my presence even though I was there during office hours to grab a package. During my move-out, I hired movers and was confronted by the front office regarding furniture being moved through the lobby. We were threatened with police involvement over a policy we were never informed of. A week later, they finally sent a written notice of new policy that furniture can’t be moved through the lobby. From my understanding there has been a management change, and I still have been having trouble despite moving to a new apartment. One concern has been the move-out process. After surrendering my unit and returning my keys, I have had difficulty receiving clear communication regarding my security deposit and move-out documentation. I moved out May 8, 2026 and have yet to receive any information regarding deductions or reimbursement. I spoke with the new manager who was not prompt to provide requested documentation and told me that all security deposits are handled through corporate… of which I am not able to contact regarding the late security deposit reimbursement. I hope management improves communication, maintenance response times, and transparency for future residents. Although in my time living at this facility we went through several management changes and all the issues remained. UPDATE: The new management completely ignored my request regarding my deposit— if you are an ex tenant reading this and it’s been over 30 days and you haven’t received information or reimbursement of your deposit… that is ILLEGAL!! Texas Property Code 92.109 states that withholding deposits in bad faith can result in reimbursement of $100, triple the original deposit amount, court fees, and lawyer fees within reason. do with that information what you will… RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! NOT WORTH SAVING A FEW 100 DOLLARS PER MONTH I PROMISE!! ALSO— notice how they do not respond to negative reviews… it’s because they DO NOT care about your feedback… like they did when I lived there. They pretend the issues don’t exist and will ignore you :)

No. No problems....just my neighbor. He has mental issues and I guess he is allowed to act anyway he wants because it seems he may be under a program that has the office afraid to go forward with taking care of issues against him. It's like he feels and knows he will never be kicked out, so he keeps pushing and pushing. I myself am not allowing him to step all over me....he's a jerk, will try and cause issues but I will not keep quiet like the office staff. I tell him directly what I think of him.
