We couldn’t be happier with the care and compassion provided at this assisted living community. From the moment we walked in, we felt a genuine sense of warmth and professionalism. The staff go above and beyond every day—especially Rachel and Sara, who are truly exceptional. Their kindness, patience, and dedication make a noticeable difference, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents as individuals. The facility is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to feel like home. There are plenty of engaging activities, delicious meals, and opportunities for social connection, which have made such a positive difference in our loved one’s quality of life. Communication with families is excellent, and we always feel informed and reassured. Choosing this community was one of the best decisions we’ve made. We are incredibly grateful for the peace of mind it brings, knowing our loved one is safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommended!

We moved my mother in law into the Montera just before the holidays. The staff has been amazing and the community is very nice. We were very pleased with her room, it was clean when we moved her stuff in and the maintenance person helped us with her cable and TV set up, which was really important to us. Since she has been living there, the staff has done a great job of keeping her room tidy, we can tell that she is being well taken care of and we greatly appreciate all of their efforts.

I continue to be thoroughly impressed with the care provided to the residents at The Montera, particularly those residing within Connections for Living (Memory Care). Seeing to the every day, every hour, needs of the residents is a huge task that can only be accomplished through the competency and overall professionalism of the entire staff. Caregivers, medical technicians, activity personnel, maintenance personnel, front office personnel, food preparation personnel, housekeeping and laundry personnel and others all work together seamlessly to ensure that the best possible care is provided to all of the residents. The staff at The Montera does a fantastic job! I have been visiting my loved one in Memory Care now for over two and a half years. During that time has everything always been 100% perfect? Of course not! In this type of environment that realistically just isn’t possible. But what is truly amazing is seeing, on a day to day basis, how the staff works together at all levels to quickly resolve problems before they can turn into major issues. The overall care, love and compassion shown to the residents by the entire staff is truly exceptional. For anyone looking for a senior care facility I highly recommend you consider The Montera.

As a hospice liaison, I have had the privilege of working closely with Rachel Ibarra & Sarah Glawe, and their professionalism and compassion truly stand out. They consistently demonstrate a deep understanding of residents’ needs, especially during sensitive transitions involving hospice care. Their communication is timely, respectful, and collaborative, ensuring families feel supported and well-informed every step of the way. They foster strong partnerships with healthcare providers and prioritize dignity, transparency, and continuity of care over simply filling apartments. It is clear that their approach to sales is rooted in genuine concern for residents and their families, which makes them an outstanding advocate for quality senior care and a valued partner in the hospice community.
