Last week, we had a wonderful tour of La Vida Real with the Director of Memory Care, who was very knowledgeable and welcoming. He personally took the time to show us the amenities and services available for all the residents. The staff we met were friendly and professional, and the facility was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I’ve never visited an assisted living or independent living community before, but I was very impressed during my visit. The Director of Memory Care is clearly experienced and passionate about what he does. He is well loved by both the staff and residents, and his compassion and hands on approach really stand out. The care and dedication shown here gave me confidence that residents are in good hands. Highly recommend! Overall, a great experience and a very positive impression of the community. Thank you so much, Jerry!

I recently came to volunteer and play games with the residents, and it was such a wonderful experience. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I was really impressed by the variety of activities offered and the strong sense of community throughout the property. The residents seemed happy and engaged, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into creating a positive environment. A great place with a warm and inviting atmosphere!

Carrie compton did an amazing job with our time here. The tour was so nice and she covered everything with our specific needs for our family. I felt she went above and beyond in everything and her personality is so uplifting and caring. She is definitely a professional in her position. I give her and La vida real 5 stars for sure.

My mom was at La Vida Real for about a year and a half, in "J Court," which is their Memory Care Unit. They also have Independent Living, and Assisted Living wings, with different levels of care. We moved my mom there after it became obvious that she needed more care than we could give. She had her own room, with her own stuff, and her own bed. I found the staff to be professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring for their residents. During her last week there, when she was actively transitioning (dying), their director, Jerry, was very hands-on, and made the experience as positive as he could. He made their white tablecloth restaurant in the Independent Living wing available to me, when I was doing bedside vigil, and staying there. It was surprisingly good. Food quality and level of service matters a lot in places like this, and I found both to be excellent. If you are considering a Senior Living facility of some sort, for yourself or a loved one, I highly recommend considering La Vida Real.
