Recently my mother had some medical issues and after being discharged from Rehab, I had her taken to Park West for Long Term Care. I interviewed them a few days before Rehab was to end. The staff was super engaged, kind, and you could just feel the "vibe" from the whole care team. Bailey and Patricia were just amazing putting my mind at ease to select Park West for moms final days care. The day mom arrived, the whole team was on top of things. They already had a care plan together, reviewed with me, then immediately started making moms last days the BEST and MOST COMFORTABLE they could. I got updates and reports on her, and it was the nicest place she could have been in for caring. The day mom passed, just a week in, I got the call and they were so supportive. They called the funeral home, had her stuff packed up for me, etc. Truly could not ask for a better team of care givers. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I will be happy to go to Legends Park West Plaza. Sincerely, Shawn Horseman

Park West was very easy to work with when we moved my parents into an assisted living apartment 3 years ago. They now know and take care of dad's medical and comfort needs. They keep a close eye on him and keep me posted. I can go and play bingo with him and participate in any family events that are planned. Dad is very happy there!

I have been fortunate enough to have 4 of my family members cared for at this community. The compassion and attention that is given by the care team is amazing. Currently our Uncle lives there and always comments about how he loves the food and how they take great care of him. Thank you to the Park West team

Park West has been taking wonderful care of my uncle. When we visit, the staff are very friendly and attentive to his needs. His apartment is cleaned well, the laundry is picked up & done in a timely manner also & he also enjoys the food & activities.
