Many late meals due to understaffing and housekeeping can use some improvement. Letter received 7.6.24 notification about raising rent $193 effective 8.1.24. How outrageous. This could maybe force me to relocate.

I chose Grasslands for my parent. It's a beautiful, clean, safe and wonderful facility. The staff is very welcoming and goes above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this facility as being top notch in comparison to other facilities in the area.

Considered moving in recently, got the tour. I love it but my husband isn't ready to get rid of his garage. I will be remembering Grasslands for the future. Shelia in sales is the best!

My mother be is a resident here. The staff is very nice. After covid hit they quarantined all residents to their apartments, after that the food quality dropped significantly, sometimes inedible other than that no problems
