I have been delivering mail to the lofts for over ten years. The staff (JODIE AND DENISE) have always been very helpful towards their residents and to myself. The residents are always happy and full of conversation. You feel at home when you walk into the lobby.It's comfortable, it's inviting. And warm. It doesn't feel like a business entry. I would highly recommend this place for yourself,Or when placing a loved one.. they will be in great hands .

I've been living at the lofts for about 3 years now and I love it here. I have a one bedroom apartment and it is the perfect space for me. It's a nice Carefree lifestyle. I don't have all the responsibilities I used to have owning a home I can just stow and go and enjoy my retirement. The people here are so friendly and Jodie in the office, is an angel. (I honestly don't think I would have made it to the West Coast without ber help). I need to make sure I mention how fun the activities are and the Travel Club.

I love everything about the lofts. I’ve been here for over eight years. My apartment is perfect and cozy. The staff and management are present and very caring. I’ve made so many friendships with all different types of people. I’ve learned new things and you will never be bored. There’s a full activities, transportation, and sky, Jim team that keep us busy every day. I belong to several different groups where we play different games, a cooking club is one of my favorite activities. The loft is home and I’m so happy. I sold my home and moved to the Lofts by Cogir. The loft is definitely my home now, but without all the maintenance and upkeep. I am living my best life in retirement.

I have lived at the lofts for a little over a year now. I really enjoy it. Jodi and Denise do a wonderful job. It feels like home it's always clean and well maintained. If you need help Jodi or Denise's they are so willing to help.
