This place used to be great, 4 years ago it has went down, really pathetic service. the management don’t care and their main concern is $. I’ve met with Richard and Angala a couple times regarding several issues with the place. There were no care for changes, they put my parent in memory care for a better care my parent has been yelling and crying they mental health gotten way worse. The nurses were lazy, no empathy, no bed side manner. They don’t even change their clothes or diapers. My parent has gotten an infection. The management didn't care about the patient either. The place was old and outdated . They even let the patients run free. A man in a wheelchair came in to my parents room three times, they just said he was harmless. They were very slow to answer the call button if at all. no help. Most of the nurses in that area sit and talk are not paying attention. There were a few nice aids that were very kind to my family member! But man this place is severely understaffed! Don’t send your parents there

Tyrese gave us a tour of the facility and just wow! Everything and everyone seemed so nice! Residents had nothing but good things to say about the place and the staff. I would definitely keep this place in mind when looking for a place for your loved ones!

Tyrese guided a tour of the facility today. His customer service was amazing and you can tell that he truly loves the residents here and his job! The facility is beautiful.. they have thought of everything when it comes to accommodations and fun activities!
