We moved my mom to the Atria Cinco Ranch memory care, assisted living a year ago. It has been such a positive experience for both my mom and our family. The facility is warm and inviting with a full schedule of activities. The staff to resident ratio is great for seeing to their needs and engaging them in all their activities. They do exercises, art, music, have concerts, have an onsite salon as well as home health and physical therapy. Gourmet meals are provided. A nurse visits weekly and the doctor monthly. They are well taken care of and are very inclusive and educational with the family. Our family also attends a monthly dementia support group led by a licensed social worker and held at Atria, which has been extremely helpful in understanding dementia. I bring my two Shih Tzu’s to visit their Mimi weekly and although the residents may not remember my name, they love socializing with the dogs. My mom is also very sensitive to noise and appreciate that the facility is carpeted. Other facilities that I toured had tile or laminate, which makes the acoustics very loud for someone who is sensitive to sound. I can’t speak highly enough about Atria and the difference it has made for us.

Atria at Cinco Ranch is a beautiful facility. We toured the community with Jennifer, who was knowledgeable, honest, and clearly committed to the residents and the quality of care provided there. My mother-in-law moved into assisted living in December, and the transition has gone very well. She is very happy at the facility. She feels comfortable and supported in her new home. The staff members are consistently cheerful, helpful, and attentive, which has given our family great peace of mind. The facility itself is clean, well maintained, and welcoming. It truly feels like a community.. We appreciate the care and kindness shown to our mother-in-law and are grateful we found such a positive environment for her.

My family’s experience with Atria Senior Living has been wonderful. The team goes out of their way to provide a safe and enjoyable living space for my mom. When it came time for my mom to move to an independent living community, Atria Senior Living was the only community that I toured for her. From the moment I walked through the door for my tour, it was clear that Atria was where she needed to be. I looked at other places online but none of them offered everything that Atria offered. I no longer worry about my mom’s safety or well-being. From the time she gets up in the morning, the Atria staff is making sure that she is up and moving. She has three delicious meals every day. She goes to group exercise several times a week. There is music, movies, and many social events that she attends. And she has maid service once a week so she doesn’t have to worry about her apartment upkeep. She is free to enjoy the fun stuff that is provided by Atria. The biggest change though in her life is that she has so many new friends. Moving to Atria is one of the best decisions we made as a family. No regrets.

My family never thought that I would find a place “good enough” for my dad…well I did! And it’s better than I could have imagined. Atria is just on a different level than all of the other places I looked at for my dad. It is such a welcoming community that when you walk in you can just feel the caregivers warmth and compassion for all of the residents. Yesenia, Anali, Neesy, and all of the staff deserve a huge shoutout for all the care and hard work they provide. And thank you to Holly and Jennifer for guiding me through this process with genuine heart and compassion!
