Legacy at Falcon Point took exceptional care of my mother-in-law during her time there. From the very beginning, we were impressed by the wide variety of activities they offered and how thoughtfully they included her, always taking her interests and abilities into account. The level of personalization truly stood out — she was never treated like just another resident. The nursing staff showed her genuine kindness, patience, and respect every single day. They also made our family feel welcomed and truly recognized. Staff members knew us by face and by name, which meant so much and made every visit feel personal and comforting. As her health declined, the care only deepened. They supported her with dignity and comfort all the way through the end of her life, and that meant more to our family than we can ever fully express. We are deeply grateful to the nurses, staff, and caregivers at Legacy at Falcon Point for the love, attention, and excellent care they provided. I would highly recommend this facility to any family looking for a place where their loved one will be genuinely cared for.

This place needs new management. Caremanger is not professional. My mom was sick in Covid, the caremanger said she they will take care of her and give her the proper antibiotics. My mom has been sick for 3 weeks there’s no one that will come and give her anything for her to get better the least they can do is antibiotics. My mom got very ill and I had to come take her to the hospital myself. The director manger you can barely understand what he says, they don’t have any answers to the question we ask. The only good star I would give is the food my mom mentioned the food has been helping her. A night server had been making a drink with honey and my mom said she has been very genuine to her and helped her during her sickness. This place never has linen, my mom couldn’t receive a bath. The caregivers are rude and you can never find a CNA. We came to management with concerns a few times but nothing got better.

This place used to be great, 4 years ago it has went down, really pathetic service. the management don’t care and their main concern is $. I’ve met with Richard and Angala a couple times regarding several issues with the place. There were no care for changes, they put my parent in memory care for a better care my parent has been yelling and crying they mental health gotten way worse. The nurses were lazy, no empathy, no bed side manner. They don’t even change their clothes or diapers. My parent has gotten an infection. The management didn't care about the patient either. The place was old and outdated . They even let the patients run free. A man in a wheelchair came in to my parents room three times, they just said he was harmless. They were very slow to answer the call button if at all. no help. Most of the nurses in that area sit and talk are not paying attention. There were a few nice aids that were very kind to my family member! But man this place is severely understaffed! Don’t send your parents there

I do not recommend this facility if your loved one needs any real care. My family member was bedridden and needed extra attention that she was not given. My family member fell on her head and has never been the same after, we had to hire our own caregiver to stay with her because of the neglect of care from mangers and some caregivers , whenever I walk and ask the caregivers for some help they sit there and chat and laugh and come after a long while. After being in the facility for a few months, every time I went to pick up her food most of the time theres one person taking orders and bringing the dishes, it looked like they very low staff, my family member had one caregiver that she cared for, they had moved the caregiver whenever I talked to the caregiver she was very unhappy were they moved her, she said had talked to her care manger and she was crying because they had she changed her position without telling her mangers don’t care if the employees have a good relationship with the residents or what positions of field they rather be in. my family members died soon after. They will waste your time and money
