This establishment is extravagant! Most of the fellow residents that I used to care for moved here from other facilities. The families prefer The Landing over the other homes. Not only is the atmosphere great, but everyone feels greatly at home. Even though most of my prior residents either moved or passed on, I’m glad they enjoyed their last moments here with such a loving staff and accommodating management.

The landing is the worse place you can place a parent. The current management do not know what they are doing. There have been many complaints of the food and the cleanliness of the facility. They make their employees do more than two jobs. People quit left and right because of the management. Residents have also left. They let the families run the facility. They have patients that inappropriately placed they should be in a skilled nursing facility. I don’t think they to a proper evaluation on their new residents. They can never keeps her on staff.

Taking care of a parent who is approaching the end of life is challenging, but the care team at the Landing on Dundee make it look easy. We (my brother and I) moved our mom here from another facility that did not have enough staff, and did not offer memory care. Once we got mom settled in to her new suite at the Landing on Dundee, we could finally breathe easier knowing she was being cared for properly. Mom needed skilled nursing 24/7 and memory care, which is rare to find at an affordable price (I was pulling funds from my retirement to help pay for room and board); the Landing on Dundee is a great value. I thank my lucky stars that we found you. Thank you for taking superlative care of our mom during her final chapter.

Wonderful place. Wonderful care! Immaculately clean. The rooms are beautiful. Great staff. We are so glad we brought our mom here!!! 12/16/23 Update. Mom passed this morning and the staff was so wonderful! The thing I will always remember most though is how clean and tidy things were when I went into her room to say goodbye. She was dressed in clean clothes, her sheets were fresh and she looked comfortable. I am so incredibly grateful for all her caregivers there and all they do.
