A blessing!! Our family could not recommend or give enough praise about The Kenwood Star!!! It starts at the top with Scott Nelson and Chris Blair. They have been invaluable. Helping navigate situations for our parents and advice. Having been involved with independent and skilled nursing here - EVERYONE we have dealt with are amazing. Shout outs to Desiree, Tiffany, Kevin, Jasmine, Dena and especially Andrew. I wish I could name them all!!! We cannot be more thankful and blessed to be in an environment with such wonderful employees who really treat you like family and take such great care of our parents!!!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with the Community Relations Coordinator Kimberly Koop-Bryson. She was very attentive to what our concerns and needs were while we considered whether to move to The Kenwood. Her superb attention to the details and her rapid response to issues and questions we raised was what helped sell us on moving to The Kenwood. Since moving to The Kenwood in November 2024, Kim has continued her excellent service by checking in with us to help our transition be as smooth as possible. We highly recommend her and The Kenwood by Senior Star in Cincinnati.

My father has had a wonderful experience staying in Assisted Living at the Kenwood. Kim the Community Relations Coordinator made him feel at home from the minute he walked thru the door and has maintained a warm relationship with him during his entire stay. I am in healthcare myself and can tell you that the nursing staff including Kathy, Audrey and Stacy and all the aides are second to none. They are caring professional and extremely "reachable." I was able to call and text them at anytime. The Food and Beverage Director, Rashaun is wonderful and the food is delicious. We have been incredibly pleased with everything about the Kenwood. They have treated my dad as family! Highly recommend!

Great staff. Jay, Fantasia, Denise, Kelly, Andrew, Kim and Joannie and many more are so caring. Beautiful facilities, heated garage, large apartments, nice restaurant. The best in Cincinnati.
