The Watermark at Oro Valley is nothing short of exceptional—a community that truly redefines what senior living should feel like. From the moment you step onto the grounds, there’s an unmistakable sense of warmth, vibrancy, and genuine care that sets it apart. What makes this community so special is the incredible variety of activities that bring residents together and keep life engaging and fulfilling. Whether it’s fitness classes, creative arts, social gatherings, or thoughtfully curated events, there is always something meaningful happening. The atmosphere is alive with energy, laughter, and connection—proof that this is not just a place to live, but a place to thrive. Equally impressive is the staff, who consistently go above and beyond to create a welcoming and supportive environment. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail do not go unnoticed. Every interaction feels personal, every effort intentional. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in making each day special. A standout addition to this already remarkable community is Jim Lillis, the new Sales Director. Jim is truly a breath of fresh air—his enthusiasm, authenticity, and natural ability to connect with people make an immediate impact. He brings a renewed sense of energy and vision, and it’s evident that he is exactly where he’s meant to be. His presence enhances an already outstanding team and helps elevate the entire experience for residents and families alike. The Watermark at Oro Valley is more than a senior living community—it’s a place where people feel valued, inspired, and at home. If you’re looking for a community that combines exceptional programming, compassionate staff, and strong leadership, this is it.

I am extremely pleased with the Watermark facility and staff. The entry looks like the lobby of an upscale hotel. Staff are well trained, kind, and show great respect to the residents. The dining room lends a nice atmosphere to eating meals. There seems to be an abundance of daily activities for those who are interested. Overall, this was a good choice for my husband.

Ann is very happy and already feels loved and cared for! There is a genuine atmosphere of kindness and vocation* in every staff member!! Thank you for creating this environment that supports people who need assistance as they age. *I found this definition of the word vocation on a Google search: "Vocations are often defined as the intersection where your deepest gladness meets the world's deepest needs.” Fits Watermark at Oro Valley "to a T"!

I checked my wife into Watermark At Oro Valley Memory Care which is the most difficult thing I have ever had to do. I have found the entire staff to be compassionate, loving, patient, careful, dedicated, and loyal to the task of ensuring the ultimate safety and we'll being of the residents. They go out of their way to help with any given situation. From individual resident's dietary needs to sleeping patterns to social activities they treat each one as family and adapt every way possible to obtain happiness. I have received much needed help and advice on how I can better manage myself when dealing with the effects of this dreaded disease on me. And I receive the warmest of hugs when I need one.
