I believe that I was scammed - still no refund despite their message saying I would receive one. They do not communicate well, they pressured me into signing up without providing necessary details about what is required to move in AND they were willing to move me in to the 2nd floor despite me not able to navigate steps to the first floor/fire escape. I was offered a key but was not allowed to move in. In my opinion, their pitch is too good to be true and I am out over $2K because I believed it.

My experience was wonderful with the help of Mandi! She was knowledgeable, kind and personable. Mandi helped me to find an apartment that was beautiful and fit my needs. I strongly urge anyone who is looking for a retirement home to contact Mandi at The Inn at Los Patios!

So the Inn at Los Patios is such a beautiful place & the staff & the residents are very very friendly!!! I would definitely recommend this place for any ones loved one.Ive visited a couple of other facilities & definitely would not recommend them but The Inn at Los Patios is such a different kind of experience. Suli the move in coordinator was very friendly & helpful & Debbie made sure we were taken care of so I know they rate by stars but would definitely give it a 10

A lovely senior retirement community. Great atmosphere inside & out. Location somewhat hidden, although nicely surrounded by amazing trees, foliage & walking distance to Salado Creek.
