From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the caring and compassionate staff. The community is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers such a warm and comfortable atmosphere that truly feels like home. The team goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued, safe, and engaged every day. The activities are wonderful, the dining options are excellent, and the level of personalized care and attention is exceptional. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about the happiness and well-being of every resident. The residents are surrounded by kindness, professionalism, and a supportive community. I'm a transitional care consultant in San Antonio so I tour a lot of senior living communities. Franklin Park Alamo Heights is one of the few I confidently recommend to families. The place is beautifully maintained, clean, and inviting the second you walk in. Spacious apartments, great food, real activities happening throughout the day. Residents seem genuinely happy there. What sets it apart for me is Lauren Rodriguez, the Sales & Marketing Director. Lauren is fantastic. Knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. She goes out of her way to make sure families understand their options and feel confident about their decision. I've brought her some complicated cases and she's handled every one with care and follow-through. She'll spend as much time on a tour as a family needs, and she actually circles back after the visit, which is rare. If Franklin Park is on your list, ask for Lauren. She'll take great care of you.

Franklin Park and I have created a working relationship to ensure their residents stay independent as long as possible. I have found them to be professional and organized. Lauren R and her team are quick to respond to messages and calls. She also tells me when needs are to be addressed. Open and approachable. Just call her and see. Keep up the great support and care.

From birthday dinners to chair volleyball we have a blast here at Franklin park Alamo Heights! Our residents enjoy their lunch bunch outings, our monthly book clubs, weekly bean bag baseball, holiday parties, weekly bingo, watching movies in the theater, weekly Mexican train dominoes, weekly bridge games and so much more. I love what I do and most of all I enjoy seeing our residents happy :) We are a great community 💕
