The staff at Franklin Park Alamo Heights Assisted Living have truly gone above and beyond in caring for my mom. She recently had surgery for an ongoing issue, and we were concerned about the level of support she might need—especially going into the weekend after a Friday procedure. Jackie, the Assisted Living Director, and her team were incredibly proactive. They made sure Home Health was already coordinated and ready before the surgery, and there was thoughtful follow-up by the care team throughout the weekend to make sure everything went smoothly. That kind of preparation and care gave our family such peace of mind. We’re so grateful for Jackie and her team—not just for this recent experience, but for the ongoing compassion and attention they show to my mom every day. They are a blessing to our family.

My parents live here in independent living for close to a year and love it. The community has been so welcoming and kind. The front desk staff have become my friends. I actually like the food very much and appreciate the restaurant style atmosphere and wait staff who know the residents and are patient and warm. The cleanliness and design of the common areas is beautiful and uplifting. The activities are well planned. As a family, we couldn’t be happier with our decision for them to be at Franklin Park where they have both social connection and autonomy.

From birthday dinners to chair volleyball we have a blast here at Franklin park Alamo Heights! Our residents enjoy their lunch bunch outings, our monthly book clubs, weekly bean bag baseball, holiday parties, weekly bingo, watching movies in the theater, weekly Mexican train dominoes, weekly bridge games and so much more. I love what I do and most of all I enjoy seeing our residents happy :) We are a great community 💕

As someone who has partnered with Franklin Park to help clients find their ideal homes, I've been consistently impressed by the level of care and support they provide. The independent living options are vibrant and engaging, while the assisted living and memory care services are tailored to meet each resident's unique needs. The staff and management team are incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that residents feel supported and valued. Stacey, in particular, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Her expertise in assessing individual needs and her compassionate approach make the process so much smoother for families and clients alike. The property itself is beautiful and well-kept, creating a welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. What truly stands out is the fun environment they foster. They consistently have a variety of activities planned to keep residents engaged and connected, ensuring there's always something enjoyable happening. I highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a warm, inviting place where residents can thrive and stay active.
