I’m a single man that was having a knee replacement in Toledo but lived in Findlay. It was recommended that I go to an assisted living skilled nursing facility. I would highly rate this place 10 out of 10 for cleanliness, friendliness, and people wanting to go out of their way to help me With my daily activities. I was greeted at the door by a smiling lady named Chloe. After telling her that I had spoke to Taylor and was looking for she said she was busy and would be glad to help me and give me a tour. That smile on Chloe‘s face went a long way throughout the whole tour. Everybody was friendly was greeting me and making me feel comfortable. When I was finished with the tour, I finally met Taylor who greeted me the same way as Chloe. I highly recommend The Heritage to anybody for their goals and needs. You definitely cannot go wrong with this place and their staff. If I ever needed to go to a place like this, I would highly recommend The Heritage! Thank you so much to everybody that made me feel at home and we’re concerned with making me feel better. I enjoyed to stay so much there that I have decided to go back and finish out my physical therapy with their outstanding staff.

My father in law is here and I can't say anything bad. We know he is safe and he is treated well, with dignity and respect. Their therapy department has done so much for him and he has made great improvement from when he went in there. He gets 3 good meals a day. His apartment is well suited for older adults. The staff is friendly, caring and helpful.

ED Ben Perkins demonstrates outstanding professionalism and leadership, and he runs a very smooth, well-managed building. My mother-in-law is always exceptionally well cared for. She requires assistance with feeding, and I never have to question whether her needs are being met. She can be a picky eater, but the staff consistently make sure she receives delicious, well-prepared meals—and she never complains. Hats off to Ben and the entire staff at The Heritage for their dedication and excellent care.

I’ve been here five months, this is the best place if you ever need care. I would recommend to anyone who needs help, please try to come here before anywhere else. I am 82 years old and could not walk before coming here and now I’m walking up and down the halls. They have saved my life. They don’t let you lay in dirty beds and they all feel like family. The nicest people work here and they all treat me so well. If you come here to see somebody, I would like to have you meet, Ben, Taylor, and Chloe. Ask for them, they are amazing and will give you a tour of the building including the beautiful dining area with the good food!
