I’ve had a wonderful experience with Harmony Health. Their services are truly exceptional. Anytime a caregiver calls out, the supervisor steps in right away and makes sure I’m covered. I really feel taken care of, and they keep my home in great shape. If I need errands done, they are always on top of it without hesitation. I’ve worked with a lot of other agencies before, but Harmony Health is by far one of my favorites. Based on my experience, they are the best fit for me. I’m grateful for their support and highly recommend them.

My mother was there for 2 months. The night staff was so neglectful. I met with Tiffany about my concerns and she advised me to put a camera in her room. The recordings I have are.heartbreaking! I immediately moved her back home with me and hired caregivers . She was not safe there. Horrible experience, but Praise God , she’s home, safe, and we have wonderful caregivers who love her and take loving care of her.

The executive director, Tiffany, and Hunter, the director of nursing, make for an amazing team. My father-in-law has been in this facility just shy of 2 months. The care and personal interest in his safety and daily needs are high priority. The nursing staff is responsive and caring. My wife and I are very pleased with our decision to place our loved one under the care of Harpeth at Harmony Hills.

5 stars As the daughter of a new resident, I can’t say enough good things about The Harpeth at Harmony Hills. The entire team has gone above and beyond to make this transition into memory care as smooth and comforting as possible—not just for my parents, but for our entire family. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported. The staff is kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the residents. Bailey and Dana made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. It's clear that they treat everyone with compassion, patience, and respect. The facility itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, but it's the people here who truly make it feel like home. This has been an emotional journey, but knowing my parents are in such capable and caring hands has brought us so much peace. We are incredibly grateful to The Harpeth at Harmony Hills for everything they’ve done—and continue to do—every single day. Not to mention, my parents love it. They go on and on about how happy they are to be there.
