From the moment we walked in, the community felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained. Everything from the cleanliness to the overall atmosphere gave us a strong sense that this is a place where their residents are cared for. A special thank you to Heidi, who was an incredible source of knowledge and insight. She took the time to walk us through not only the community itself, but also what this phase of life can look like. Her perspective, patience, and genuine care made a meaningful impact on us as we consider next steps for our mom. This is definitely a top consideration for our family, and we’re grateful for such a supportive and informative experience.

From the moment we entered the Grand, we were treated like family. There is a genuine joyfulness that radiates from the residents and staff. If you are looking for a place that places quality of life first, The Grand is a place to consider. Heidi and nurse Melissa have been wonderful to work with. Thank you just doesn’t seem like enough to express our grateful hearts!

When it came time to find an assisted living community for my uncle, I was committed to finding the very best — for someone I love deeply and who deserves nothing less. I researched nearly 10 communities in the greater Boulder area, conducted virtual tours, and ultimately toured my top three in person with him. The Grand at Broomfield stood out on every dimension: the facilities, the staff, and the genuine happiness of its residents. My uncle couldn't be happier there, and I couldn't feel better about his quality of life and the level of care and attention he receives. A huge part of that is Heidi Lindstrom. Notably, sales directors at several of the other communities I interviewed all knew Heidi and spoke highly of her — a telling sign of the esteem she holds among her peers in the industry. From my very first contact with her, Heidi was warm, professional, and — in notable contrast to many of my other interviews — genuinely invested not in making a sale, but in finding the right fit. She took real time to understand who my uncle is, what he needs, and what I hoped for him. There was no hard sell, no pressure — just a thoughtful, intentional process of making sure The Grand was truly the right match. My uncle connected with her immediately, and after our in-person tour, his decision was easy. Once we were on the waitlist, Heidi stayed in regular contact and matched him with exactly the right unit in a remarkably short time. And even now that he's a resident — even though there's nothing left to "sell" — she still checks in on him regularly. That says everything. Heidi clearly loves what she does and deeply cares about the people she's helping. She is exemplary at her job and, more than that, an exceptional human being. If you're navigating this process for yourself or a loved one, you could not be in better hands.

Transitioning a loved one is difficult, especially when dealing with memory loss and grief. However, the staff at The Grand made my mother's move from Arizona to Colorado seamless. Their attentive, caring nature gave us so much peace of mind. With such a welcoming community of residents, I know I couldn’t have picked a better place for her.
