Where to begin? We are incredibly grateful to have found Affinity at Lafayette. My mom needed a lifestyle change and is a very social, youthful senior. I was afraid we wouldn't find something within her budget that would bring her the happiness she so deserves. And then I spoke to Shelley at Affinity who took me on a tour, then I brought my mom back with me for another tour & we signed the paperwork as fast as we could! This community is youthful, inclusive, active and supportive. It cannot be overstated what a special Community this is! Thank you, Shelley, for making the process so smooth and welcoming ~ we couldn't be happier!

This is truly not your average 55+ community, We love this place, and we don't know where we would be if it I wasn't for this place, they truly have the best management and staff, always greeted with a big smile and always willing to help. My wife and moved in about 2 and 1/2 years ago, since then we have truly met some great friends here.

It is great place for the seniors over 55. This place is very clean and maintained. Lafayette library and king soopers is right in front of it. I met one couple living in there and they love it. I recommend this place.

There are no words for the appreciation we have for the staff at Affinity in Lafayette. My parents moved here from Florida to be closer to our family and our ability to monitor their health issues related to aging. During their many years at Affinity Shelley, Kelly and all the staff went above their duties to ensure my parents and every resident was not only surviving but thriving at Affinity. Our family would highly recommend this community!!!!!
