The Gables of Green

We have had such a wonderful experience with The Gables of Green. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the genuine care and compassion that fills the entire community. Theo, Benny, and Jacob truly stand out—they are incredibly kind, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make both residents and families feel welcomed and supported. Their patience and dedication do not go unnoticed, and it brings so much comfort knowing our loved ones are in such caring hands. The activities offered are thoughtful, engaging, and bring so much joy to the residents. It’s clear that a lot of effort goes into creating meaningful experiences that keep everyone involved, active, and smiling. What really sets The Gables of Green apart is the compassion they show—not just to the individuals living there, but to their families as well. They treat everyone with dignity, respect, and kindness, making a difficult transition feel so much easier. We are truly grateful for the amazing team at The Gables of Green and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and supportive community.

Jacob, I can’t say enough about the wonderful care my sister and her husband have received at your center. They love living at Gables of Green. It starts at the front door. Olivia greets you with her beautiful smile and is always willing to help in any way. I have yet to meet any staff who don’t have a smile as they pass you in the hall. Mora, head of nurses has gone way past her duties. My sister now counts her as a friend. She has made the great task of continuing their medical needs at the center go so smoothly. She is so busy, but always takes time to answer questions or help in any way needed. I can’t thank the activity directors enough for their creative activities they provide each day. My sister calls each day to let me know what they are doing. I so appreciate if my family isn’t there they go to their room to remind them of what they will be missing. The dining room staff are always cordial and my sister and brother-in-law love that they can pick from a variety of choices on the menu. All of the staff in administration interact with them daily making them feel like family. It was a hard decision to move into assisted living for my family, but they have truly felt like family at Gables of Green. I recommend the center to everyone I know. I’ve had a great experience with The Gables of Green Assisted Living. The staff are kind, caring, and always willing to help. The building is clean and feels safe and comfortable. They also offer activities that keep residents engaged and happy. It’s clear they truly care about the people who live there. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an assisted living community for their loved one.

This place is a total gem compared to other nursing homes that my brother and I have experienced in the area. If you're looking for a great place for your loved one(s) to receive great care and be treated with respect and kindness, look no further. I highly recommend them and they were not even the most expensive that we had experience with, so I think the price is very reasonable for the level of care they give. Maureen was amazing to work with the entire experience and she is a superstar who made everything straight forward and easy. Everyone there we interacted with was friendly, kind, and helpful. It's a beautiful building, great location (SummaCare ER is just a block away or so), etc. Go take a tour and see for yourself :)
