    We had an outstanding experience with The Gables at Charlton Place. From the very beginning, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. What truly stood out to us, however, was Ms. Katrina. She provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond for our family as we went back and forth gathering the documentation needed. She was patient, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Her willingness to answer questions promptly and ensure everything was handled correctly gave us peace of mind during an important decision. We are so grateful for her dedication and the excellent care shown to our family.

    My Mother has been very loved by the dedicated staff and the residents of Charlton Place! Very welcoming atmosphere and clean as a pin! The rooms are spacious and have lots of light! Many exciting things happening due to the new leadership of Katrina!!! I've witnessed first hand her level of dedication to the betterment of the residents lives!! Thankful for Katrina's energy and love for the residents❤️

    I can't say enough great things about Katrina, the new administrator here at The Gables where my stepfather resides. Since she came on board, the atmosphere is so much warmer! You can really feel the positive change!! Katrina has an open-door policy and genuinely listens to both residents and their families. She's so upbeat and engaged - it's clear she's dedicated to making this place even better. I'm really excited for what's to come under her leadership! My stepfather is so happy and everyone is so good to him there!! Best administrator and employees ever and the place is spotless!!!

    Mom and I enjoyed so much the time we spent visiting at The Gables at Charlton Place on March 17, 2026. The staff is wonderful and so pleasant and very happy to see you. We enjoyed seeing the residents with their beautiful and happy smiles and waving to say hello! Ms. Katrina gave us a tour of the facility. Very nice facility... makes you feel right at home! Thank you Ms. Katrina, and staff, for your wonderful hospitality! We look forward to seeing y'all! :)
