Monarch is a great place for folks to enjoy their senior experience. Good food, genuine folks who care about their residents. All the staff do a great job with caring for others. Qwanza took my dad on an outing and went the extra mile to be sure he enjoyed the trip. Thanks to everyone who makes Monarch a great experience. Troy

UPDATE: It’s been almost 3 months since my brothers, or as they are referred to “The Smith Brothers” moved into Monarch in Auburn, Alabama. I wanted to let everyone who is looking for a great place for you or a family member to live that we haven’t had any issues here. The staff has been quick and pleasant to address every need that has come up. We can’t ask for a nicer group of people to be part of my brother’s daily lives. Please don’t hesitate to check into this independent living option if you are looking for a great place for you or your family. 😊 I have had a great day today with the staff at Monarch Estates in Auburn Alabama. What I thought would be a difficult day for securing a place for my adult brothers to live together and not be separated was an easy process because of the staff there. They were very professional, personal, knowledgeable, and enjoyable for my brothers and me and my husband. They answered all our questions and made us feel welcome. All of the staff we encountered were very nice and spoke to all of us. Just a great place! Can’t wait to see my brothers happy there.

My mother has been here 4 1/2 years and we’ve been pleased with all the amenities provided in house. Thank you for all the hard work.

Great place for residents!! Excellent hardworking and dedicated staff!! I love the new activities director Qwanza. She’s fun and friendly.
